So let me start from the beginning I booked a room for four days day we got to the room. One of the beds was broken. The boxspring on the toilet was not attached to the floor and there was some type of disgusting film in the bathtub. I called and let them know about it while I was gone they sent maintenance into my room after I asked them not to put in. Let anybody in there while I was not there and it just so happened that the next morning I got an emergency phone call that there was a family emergency at home and I had to leave so I went downstairs and checked out after tonight. The gal at the front desk told me that I had to contact Expedia for my refund for the two nights that I wasn’t there so when I did, Expedia contacted the management at the hotel and the management said no because I lied and my behavior was out of character because I they refused to switch me rooms they would not that is why I left and they would not give me a refund well they tried to say that I was a local and they don’t rent their rooms to locals which I am not. I live in Springfield Oregon but because my drivers license had an address from eight years ago because they don’t give stickers out anymore, they called me a liar. They totally discriminated against me would not refund my money because they said I had an attitude when I did nothing, they said my behavior was out of context, and then I threw a tantrum when they would not give me a room, which is a complete lie, I would not suggest staying
