Overall the experience in the hotel was good, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I had a problem in the room, they didn't move me right away but after analyzing the problem, they decided to offer the option to move to a better room or the same type of room. The only thing I didn't like during my stay was that for some reason and without informing me they changed the sofa in the room, which meant that they had to move my luggage without informing me which I didn't precisely like. Other than this it was OK.

The hotel is excellent but the location is tricky. Not much to do around the hotel and have to take a cab to do everything. And most cab drivers had trouble finding the hotel location if they didn't have wifi on their cell phones to use Waze app.

I usually stay in Poblado in the bigger touristy hotels and y son and I wanted something more intimate and authentic. My son loved the retro vibe and car magazines from the 70's! The spa, yoga classes, healthy organic breakfast, lovely staff made or stay better. I'm currently n Medellin and chose to stay here again and I'm very picky as I'm traveling solo. Great hotel

Very welcoming staff everyone very respectful to guests. The amenities were amazing loved the 3 rd floor gym / showers loved the restaurant and seating area …. Only minor feedback is the lighting on each floor once you get off elevator is a bit dark I know it’s a design esthetic however with recent news of safety concerns in Medellin this could feel uncomfortable.. thank you

This is probably the best hotel in Medellin at an affordable price. The attention to detail and staff friendliness is second to none. Great dining options on site without breaking the bank, a clear departure from the typical captive-market approach of so many hotels. Huge rooms but if you need a workspace you can have an entire floor to choose front. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hotel. A total different approach to hospitality. Bravo!

Everything was perfect but unfortunately the pool was closed during my stay... Wish hotels wouldnt hesitate to refund a bit when stuff like this happen because they don't hesitate to charge $5 for a bottle of water out their fridge.

El hotel no es bueno con relación al precio, las habitaciones no son las mejores pero son cómodas. El servicio es increíblemente espantoso, aproximadamente 1 hr para que te sirvan el desayuno diario, la mayoría del personal siempre tiene mala cara y se molestan si haces alguna observación a excepción de Marlon, el único preocupado en dar un buen servicio. Sin duda no volvería y por ese precio recomiendo buscar otra opción.

It is a new property, quiet, close to a mall. They need improvement in the service helping customers with they baggage, the lobby needs to be lighted 24 hours, not a table and chair in the room. They should give the needed information prior check-in or at the check-in. They got a phone in the room just as decoration which is ridiculous if they don't let you know at check-in.

One of the best things I loved from this hotel was the welcome, customer service was the best I felt myself like home, amenities , breakfasts were perfect. The hotel’s locations was amazing, just few minutes away from clubs, Santa Fe mall and also metro station as well. We are a gay couple and my husband and I were so pleased to stay there!!! For sure I it will be our hotel if we get back to Medellin!!!
