The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and had a variety of options to choose from. Arrived late after day @ Hersheypark. Showered & attempted to turn on TV on bedroom. It would not come on. Called front desk & response was "well there is nothing I can do about that its after midnight. Maintenence will be on @ 8:00am. My response- that doesn't do me any good

We were sold out that night or we could have moved you to another room with a working TV since maintenance wasn't available until morning. Excellent room!
Perfect room. We wanted to get away from the kids for an overnight. The fireplace and bathroom made it exactly what we needed. Hard to find a whilrpool tub OR a fireplace in a room, let alone both. Great hotel room. Thank you.

I found it very comfortable and quiet. The courtyard was very enjoyable during the excellent weather. It was easy to find and in a location near several restaurants. The staff was very pleasant

Perfect
This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a long while. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and the employees were very nice. Our suite was much larger than we expected and very comfortable, plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). If we ever visit the area again I know we'll be staying here!

Comfortable stay and very quiet room.
Overall stay was pretty good. Check-in was quick and they gave us a corner room which we appreciated as it was one of the quickest room I have ever stayed in. The living/dining/kitchen area was quite spacious. Bedroom was quite clean and the beds were comfortable and we had good night sleep. Bathroom on the other hand had paints coming off in the bathtub and it was clogging even with small use. Breakfast was quite standard with waffles, bread, cereal etc. one suggestion I would have is to have eggs without bacon.

This property was honestly really nice. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was great. The courtyard in the middle was beautiful and a great place to hang out and swim. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and more updated but other than that we really enjoyed our stay here!

My stay was great. All the staff was helpful and pleasant. The only thing missing was the waffles in the morning. They had them the 1st day only. I would preferred to have them every am.

It was a amazing stay for our whole family. All of us enjoyed the pool area, workout room, and the area in general. We also traveled to gettysburg for the afternoons and came home to the refreshing pool area. We p[lan on staying again.

A Must Stay
