Washer and dryer are conveniently located under the stairs. Beneath the deck you will find a hot tub and outdoor shower. Behind the home you will find an outdoor wood burning fire pit. The upstairs contains one bathroom, one bedroom, and the rest is the ideal open concept living space filled with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, family room, and wetbar. The space features a wood burning fireplace and a sliding door that leads out to large deck with outdoor furniture and a grill.

This spacious house offers 4 bedrooms with modern furniture and décor.
There is 1 King bedrooms with high-end linens, and two decorative night stands. The master has a bonus nook with a swinging chair, the perfect place to enjoy that book you haven't had time to read with a latte. Two additional bedrooms offer similar layouts, but with a Queen bed.
For the children in your family, there is a Bunk Rooms with full-sized bunk beds sleeping 6 each.
The two bathrooms downstairs are full baths with a bath/tub combo, vanity and high-end towels. The upstairs bathroom is a luxurious tiled shower.
If you have a little one, we have you covered with a travel crib, sleep sounds, black out blinds, and baby monitor.

The back of the house is surrounded by dune grass and provides seclusion where you can enjoy a firepit with plenty of seating.

When you stay in this vacation home, you have the whole space to yourself! You will be given a key code to access the front door. You can park in front of the home. If you have an EV, there is free Level 2 charging provided!
Before booking, please note:

- There will be a $300 hold during your stay for any damages that will be removed after your departure.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel :) Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please respect quiet hours for the neighborhood (10pm-8am).
You will have access to the entire home and yard. Please refrain from using the upper level of the pole barn which is being used for storage.
The neighborhood is situated between Lake Michigan and the Silver Lake Dunes. It is about 10 minutes away from Silver Lake. A long, winding forested road gives access to the neighborhood. In the fall and winter, it is HIGHLY SUGGESTED to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. It is a family friendly area. Please observe the quiet hours (after 10pm until 8am).
