«Perfect location, terrible property. The historic nature of it is cool, but still disappointed by what we experienced here. Staff was decent, Mack the night attendant was the best. The chef who won them a couple Michelin Plates (stars for hotels) is no longer employed here, and they no longer offer dinner service at all.
This is NOT a 5 star hotel for those who have stayed in one before. When I brought up our experience to the manager, he said “Well, we are not a self professed 5 star hotel”. ...

Booked a loft for a romantic getaway and arrived to find I had been placed in a 2-bedroom unit without any prior notice or consent. I specifically chose and paid for the loft. had someone contacted me beforehand, I would have rebooked elsewhere. Instead, I found out at check-in with no recourse.
The problems didn’t stop there. The door wouldn’t open when we arrived, and we were left standing outside for several minutes because there is no staff on ...
