This home’s location is so convenient for walking around McMinnville. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens. Plan to stay again in the summer.

Wonderful trip
Enjoyed McMinnville a great deal. House was SO convenient to all things downtown. It was wonderful not to worry about driving to pick up coffee, eat out, pick up a few groceries and do a little holiday shopping Home is old and charming. Downstairs bath is a beautiful remodel. Great place for a small group of friends to stay. There are a couple of wonderful areas to sit, relax, read or chat while enjoying a great glass of wine

Great visit
House worked very well for our family 4 adults and 2 kids under 5. Seemed very well equipped with backup in the pantry. Short walking distance to downtown. Easy access to restaurants. Wineries within very easy driving distance. Note - there is no grill. We will recommend to friends and probably return for a longer stay.

McMinnville vacation
This was a lovely property and we enjoyed the location and cleanliness. However the keypad entry is getting worn out and better instructions are needed for entry. We struggle with this lock in the pouring rain. Also upon arrival the house was 45 degrees and took a very long time to heat up. Not a great welcome. The porch bedroom lamp is broken with a short and needs to be replaced. Also this is the first ever we’ve had to provide our own roku. For the amount we’re paying we should have this service available.

Wine Club Stay in McMinnville

Best ever!
My family and I are frequent users of vrbo homes and we all agreed this was literally the best ever. The house is charming, clean, well-stocked with extra supplies and in a perfect location to enjoy McMinnville and the surrounding area.

Very fun girl's trip to celebrate our 50th birthdays!
This home was absolutely perfect for our girl's trip to McMinnville! So beautiful, so comfortable, very clean, beds were perfect, several areas to hang out in together and relax including a beautiful front porch! Within short walking distance to the main downtown strip. We were there during an extreme heat wave and the home has excellent AC--we were very comfortable the entire time! Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home for wine tasting weekend
We did a girls trip and some wine tasting in the area. The house was perfect! Loved the charm and the decor. Everything worked well. The beds were very comfy. Would love to come back!

A beautiful home with one suggestion.
Beautiful and spacious home. Very accessible to restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and other businesses. We looked for a notebook containing the location and use of household appliances and systems (TV, dvd player, heating/cooling, etc.)plus neighborhood resources (restaurants, etc.) but couldn't find such information. I would suggest adding this important feature.

Great quaint house in the heart of McMinnville
Excellent property. Lots of people didn’t like the logos in the living area, but after reading the reasons (it used to be a graphic design company that used the property for their office) I liked how they paid homage to them. The cusineart coffee pot didn’t work, but they had an extra one to use. Also, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. It sleeps 8 people and two bathrooms, so there needs to be at least 2 more rolls. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

it's a great house in a great location
The house and location are great and worked well for our ladies' weekend. Beds were all pretty equal and comfortable which was awesome. One nitpick would be regarding the framed logos all around the living and dining rooms - they actively work against the charm the house has in spades, and the house would be a ton more visually appealing if someone took them down. Our whole party agreed that they're a real head-scratcher. We all had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return. Cheers!

Perfect location to experience Mac!
Loved the location. The house is gorgeous. Plenty of room for all of us and we had a great time walking everywhere... never needed the car. Comfy beds and the front porch was our hang-out spot. We want to come back again.

What a lovely place!
This historic home is just beautiful and we felt at home from the very beginning. We were only two couples so we didn't use all the bedrooms but we did thoroughly enjoy the rest of the house. The location is ideal so we walked to all the restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms on 3rd Street. There is no regular tv reception so what little tv we watched was on Netflix since the living room had a smart tv. I can definitely recommend this lovely house.

This is my new favorite house to stay in for my wine weekend! Great location with lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Communication was prompt. Price is acceptable for the size of the house.

The home is lovely and beautifully decorated and grew more so throughout our 4 day stay, 1 Block from 3rd street in Mcminnville and all the restaurants and shops there. A really perfect place to stay when touring wine country in the Willamette valley.

Beautiful well located property - poorly managed
The house is wonderful, and in a great location. Several great restaurants and bars are within waling distance, and the house is well maintained and in great shape. Upon arrival, however, three of four beds were not made, towels were still in the dryer, and there were no spare sheets in the house. The manager was more than an hour and half away, and had no idea the condition of the property. The first hour of our visit was spent walking back to the house (3 times) to check on what was there, and let the manager know what was done and undone, and what was there and not. They did give us a small credit, but it was less than the discount they offered on a future stay at one of the other properties managed by the same company (not VRBO). To have the compensation be more a reduction on what we spend on future stay as opposed to compensating us for this one seemed reflective of a distant manager unconnected to the property with no idea of its condition.

Pungent Cat Litter Odor/Owner Dishonesty
Unfortunately during out stay, we noticed a very strong, pungent cat litter odor in the living room . We found several air fresheners behind the couch and side tables and immediately notified the property management of our concerns. The property manager contacted the owner who stated "there has never been a cat in the house since she owned it"; the property manager also shared with us that the owner dislikes cats and was rather irritated with our concern. The strong odor remained throughout our stay and on the night before we left, we found two, dirty litter boxes accompanied by a jug of fresh cat litter. We took a picture and shared this with the property manager who contacted the owner. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we all returned home that the owner finally acknowledged the past presence of cats and the litter boxes in the home, a contradiction to her initial statements. It's unfortunate that our concerns were handled by the owner in this manner as it shows a lack of transparency in maintaining positive guest relations. Although this property has an excellent location and overall accommodations, our review reflects the owner's lack of cooperation and honesty in an otherwise memorable trip to the Willamette Valley.

We apologize for the issue with the litter. There has not been a cat in the home for years, and the guests found the old litter due to entering a locked area that is for owner use only. The litter has been removed, and there have been no other issues. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing house for our group!
This was one of the best experiences I've had with a rental house. It is set up perfectly for guests, a beautiful and clean home and in an excellent location. The management of the property was seamless with quick and friendly responses. I would absolutely recommend to others and am thankful that this made our weekend in McMinnville so enjoyable!
