«Very central location but not at all noisy. My room did not have a toilet or bath (it did have a wash basin, though) but the community toilets and showers were easily the nicest and cleanest community facilities I've ever encountered, so this was not a problem at all. The room was nice and clean, and decorated with a theme. The corridors were all nicely decorated with murals and posters for concerts, etc.
The hotel does not have its own garage but street parking isn't much of a problem, plus ...
