«Everything was perfect including the staff . I needed a late check out to accommodate my flight schedule and they accommodated me.»

«The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be.»

«Great breakfast options! Love the renovations. Staff was friendly. Lots of noise from above. Only disappointment was no soap at the sink for washing hands after using the restroom. I asked the man at the front desk & he couldn't find any.»

«The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well kept. We very much enjoyed the pool as well. The front of house staff was fantastic. The only mishap we had was the cleaning crew coming into our room while we were still in bed. We called in a later checkout at 9:30am to be checked out at noon. They proceeded to knock and walk in and tell us it was after 11:25am. Communication between staff must not have happened.»

«We always stay here when we visit family in Wichita. Pet-friendly and a beautiful walking path and park right behind the hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast is very good, and rooms are clean and modern. Very close to shopping, restaurants and staff is very accomodating and friendly.»

«Rooms were very modern, spacious and clean. The beds were soooo comfortable. While we were there the dryer broke. We were offered the staff’s dryer to dry our clothes. We appreciated that.»

«They are under renovation so expect smells of painting, pool and gym not open, you have to go to nearby Holiday inn. No business center. Janitors’s service is at will. They clean anywhere they want to but leave other place untouched. They removed dirty and used towels but did not replace. There was not phone to call the front desk. I had to go to the front desk to ask towels. They didn’t work on weekends. Good part: front desk was very friendly although they were not always there. M through W ...
