«The air conditioning unit smelled mildewed and didn’t seem to blow as cold as it should. I was not hot but it was just cool and I had it set on 68. The mildew smell was the biggest issue. »

«When we checked in the staff could not provide keys to the room. They had a maintenance man walk us to our room and let us in. They said they would have keys ready in a bit. An hour later went to desk and they still did not have them. Left the property came back 4 hrs later and the manager handed me key without saying a word. (Rude) Get to room try to login to internet and got error and says contact front desk. Called and the manager says well we never really checked you in. 😳. He did something ...

«Front desk was not very welcoming. There was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom only a partial of a roll. Other than that the room was clean just very stuffy.»

«The staff was awesome at the Bastrop Quality Inn. The check in was easy and efficient. I made a last minute reservation at this Quality Inn because of unforseen circumstances at my prior accommodation. I needed a place to do some office work (I'm the Accountant and I needed to do payroll and tax deposits for the previous payroll). The staff at this Quality Inn allowed me a late checkout so I could get the work done. I'm very grateful for this hotel and it's staff!»

«Clean room and wonderful staff, but no hot water in the room. The hotel is undergoing major renovations and much of it seems to be under construction. A worker was hammering late into the night on whatever he was working on, until maybe around 9 p.m.»

«Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am.»

«The room was clean, but there was a little trim damage in the bathroom. We were just there for a quick overnight before a morning flight. We appreciated the cold breakfast sacks, but it would have been much nicer to have the hot breakfast (served starting at 7:00am on the weekends instead of 5:30am on weekdays). Shuttle was great!»

«Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We felt like royalty while we were there. Ron and Natalie are great. They even had great recommendations for delicious food in the area since we were unfamiliar with the area. The amazing and huge luxury "Mobile Estate" we stayed in was breathtaking. The Koi pond is beautiful, and my wife loved feeding the fish. We have decided we will be scheduling another stay soon and we will be bringing friends. We want to pick a week that we could rent ...
