Savor your next mountain escape in the pleasant and secluded neighborhood of Tall Oaks Retreat! Beautifully updated, this home is large, bright, and welcoming, with skylights throughout, an open floor plan, and two fireplaces: one gas and one wood-burning. There are two spacious living areas on the main level, one of which boasts a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace for those chilly mountain evenings. Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area.

One bedroom with two en suite bathrooms is also on the main level. The lower level has a cozy living area with a TV. Each large bedroom has a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights, plus a comfortable bed to retire at the end of a day of adventures. Relax on the screened porch while listening to the sounds of nature, or gather on the 1,000-foot wraparound deck for an alfresco meal with some good company. The large kitchen has all you need to whip up your best recipes, and there is the option of dining indoors or outdoors. Bring the family for a fun-filled mountain getaway!

THINGS TO KNOW
There are bears and foxes in the area. Please keep a close eye on dogs and do not allow them to run off their leashes.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
