Welcome to Mountain View Mansion, perhaps the finest property in Massanutten. This 6500 sf luxury chalet is perched atop the highest point in Massanutten, with views for miles. Outside, enjoy the covered dining table that seats 20, hot tub, two gas firepits, and barrel sauna. The interior boasts soaring ceilings, multiple living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, and a game room. Mountain View Mansion is about a 4 minute drive to the slopes, pool, and dining at Massanutten and just 10 minutes to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 20 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 25 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 20 minutes of the house.

- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.
- The driveway can accommodate 6-7 vehicles. Additional overflow parking is available in Massanutten if needed.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. Several bedrooms, living room, and game room feature smart TVs where you can log in to any other streaming apps you have accounts for. We do not subscribe to cable.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a small per person fee.
- Linens and towels provided
- Pack n play, high chair, and kid dishes/utensils provided
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests
enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval
from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is
available with written approval from your host.


OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency
conditions, check MassanuttenVillage(dot)com or electronic sign at
entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or
carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
• Dumpsters are located at 4003 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
