The Space:

Designed for larger groups and family getaways, this two-story home offers multiple gathering spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements, and easy access to outdoor living areas.



The main level features both a front living room and a large open-concept great room, creating separate spaces for relaxing and spending time together. The front sitting room includes two leather sofas, a futon, and a flatscreen TV, while the main living room centers around a large leather sectional and additional flatscreen TV.



The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and seating for the group, including four bar stools at the island and a dining table with seating for six. Just off the kitchen, guests have direct access to the backyard and outdoor living areas.



The primary suite is located on the main level and includes access to the back deck, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A half bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer are also located downstairs.



Upstairs, the layout includes additional sleeping areas and outdoor access. One bedroom includes both a queen and full bed along with a double-door closet, while another bedroom features a queen bed and closet. The loft area includes a queen bed, twin bed, double-door closet, and access to the large covered upper deck with outdoor seating and neighborhood views.

MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE:

Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.
