We offer a hands-off experience for your complete privacy—we will not be present at the property during your stay. We manage the home remotely but are always available and highly responsive via the app. We pride ourselves on addressing any questions promptly and sharing our favorite local tips!

House Rules & Details

No A/C in the home:

Our home was built with insulated concrete form walls and high‑efficiency attic insulation, creating a naturally cool, tightly sealed interior. Even without air conditioning, the house stays surprisingly comfortable throughout McCall’s mild summers, and each bedroom includes a fan for added airflow when needed.

• Pet-Free/Smoke-Free: No pets, smoking, parties, or events.

• Security: Exterior surveillance at the front door (motion/sound recording).

• Booking: Minimum stay: 2 nights (some dates require 3–4 nights).

• Check-in: After 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.

• Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ and present during stay.

• Subject to City of McCall ordinances (noise, occupancy, safety).
