«Checked into the hotel, it was far from full asked for a room close to the elevators as I had a lot of luggage, got the room the furthest from the elevator, the woman checking me in told me I was in one of the rooms close closest to the elevator.
Got unpacked and ready to lay down, pulled back the sheets... the sheets had stains and hairs in it... it had just been remade, and nothing had been changed, trashbags were not put into the trash bins just placed on the counter next to the tv.

«My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably maintained, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations, complemented by a highly professional and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was both high-quality and substantial, and the convenient parking and proximity to the adjacent shopping plaza further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning during future visits to Charlotte.»

«Nice place with nice rooms great size. Greatly situated, nice area and shopping centre next door. Would like some cutlery, plates and glasses for snacks and drinks. Seemingly very understaffed, which is unfortunate. The daily going over is not really there, e.g. they express little time to supply pool towels. »
