I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Courtyard Hotel booked through Expedia. The room was not cleaned during my stay, even though daily housekeeping was clearly stated on your website at the time of booking and was also explicitly requested today at the lobby/front desk. Despite this, no action was taken.
In addition to the lack of housekeeping, the overall service was extremely poor. Staff responsiveness was minimal, and there was no real effeffort to address concerns or improve the situation once raised. This reflects a lack of basic hospitality standards.
The included breakfast was also unacceptable. The quality and presentation were far below expectations, to the point that it felt unsanitary and unpleasant to consume. Offering such a substandard breakfast under the label of “included” is misleading and does not meet even basic guest expectations.
Given that this booking was made through Expedia, I am requesting that this issue be formally reviewed. I would appreciate appropriate follow up regarding this matter, as well as clarification on how situations like this are handled to ensure accountability and prevent similar experiences for other guests.
