Thank you for the review, glad to know your needs were well looked after, the head of house keepers is working around the clock to resolve the issue of linen in the rooms, again apologies for having to use old towels that are old and worn out.

Oh no, apologies on the sour taste you experienced at our dining area, I have no words to describe your comment. It genuine as it summarizes, your experience. The only way to a man heart is through their stomach, so failing to get it right on the food it ruins the whole stay experience. Our gratitude apologies for the disappointing service.

I booked a suite on your website and was told you did not confirm it with the Hotel. I was then given a small room but paid the price for a suit. I spoke to the Manager who basically was not interested in rectifying the situation.

Hello Vernon,Apologies for the poor service that you have experienced at our property, I have forwarded your concerns to my commercial manager, she is better positioned to escalate it to management so that it is duly investigated of what really transpired on your booking and the manner in which it was handled after your concerns had been raised. We regret the way your booking was handled by our team; management will handle it so that we do not have another guest go through the same poor service that you were subjected to.

I cannot provide a recommendation for this Hilton. Although it is marketed as offering top-tier service comparable to Hilton standards, I experienced several issues during my stay. Despite reaching out to room service on two separate occasions, they were unresponsive and even hung up on me once. Additionally, my towels were not replaced when they became soiled, despite staying for 10 days. During one breakfast, I was asked to leave due to dress code violation, despite already having paid for my meal. As a result, I was charged for three pieces of pineapple...it's fair to say that I'd never come back ...

Excellent Stay
The hotel is very well equipped, comfortable and serves business travel (and probably leisure travel) perfectly. The service in the restaurant could be a little faster but it does not detract from the stay.

Thanks for the feedback and review, indeed we are strategically situated and the ideal place to stay if you are travelling on business as with the centrally positioned to corporate offices and governments ministries. Apologies on the slow service experience at our restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner are our peak busy period of the day for Food and Drink team.

The hotel was clean but the lifts where smelling really bad. The moment you walk into the lift you want to throw up. Rooms were in a good condition. The food was also good.

The staff is so friendly. You can start your day with an amazing breakfast buffet. The selection from food they service is wonderful and fresh and they have very good homemade bread.In the evening we always had dinner in the hotel. The food was good and it was easy that we didn't have to leave the hotel. In the open bar area you can relax and enjoy a cappuccino or glass of wine the whole day.We didn't use the pool but it looks nice and clean. Nice to relax.The hotel is walking distance from the shopping area I liked that.Close by Woolworths,Clicks ect. Next time we take our golfclubs with us because the hotel is only 10 minutes drive from the Royal Swazi golfcourse that is still nice maintained.We will absolutely go back to this hotel.

Fire immediately all the kitchen staff The buffet at lunchhas to be one of the worst that I had in my life, terrible rice amongst other food offering. The dinner was as bad, and why would the breakfast the next morning be better?

Was for a business trip, happy with almost everything about the hotel. However, it messed up my invoice, even called and got hold of one of the staff whom promised to investigate, and hear nothing from then.

A day at the Hilton Inn Mbabane
The welcome was very good. It was our first time to stay at the inn. The staff was very relaxed and friendly. They did not explain a lot about amenities in the hotel especially the room. The food is great. Traditional food is a must try. Housekeeping staff were courteous and briefed us on exciting traditions of the place and where to go and visit. Everything in the room worked very well. The view of our room was great. The hotel is very quite and peaceful.

Excellent for business traveler. Not nice for vacations or family time out. Very poor landscape and activities. The hotel doesn't provide drinking water to short stay (less than a week) except for the check in day. A very unfriendly policy for business travelers who are staying for a meeting or a conference, etc. The hotel needs to improve on room service, internet and after dinner offerings (bar closes very early).

Sorry we did not meet your expectations. It true to say we are an ideal property for business travelers yes, Hilton Garden Inn Mbabane is a focused service hotel that mainly focuses on business travelers. We are not a full service hotel that caters for both business and leisure travelers. We value your feedback, our IT team has been informed of your concern with regards to internet. If you encountered issues last week with the internet we apologies our service provider was working on their fiber network cables thus the speed was very poor.
