It was horrible 2 days with not hot water and then in the afternoon no water they need to improve the service for the guest I not going to came back to this hotel.

I'm sorry to hear the rooms weren't up to the standard you've come to expect from us. I have personally addressed this with our housekeeping staff to ensure this won't happen again

Our room was just terrible. You can tell they are remodeling but they should have not rented room 501 lost of mold and humidity in the room. We had asked to be moved they did not want to. We rented a 2 bedroom suite really dirty and mold everywhere AC leaking and floors really dirty and old.. Food was ok. Service lady in the room really nice and cooperative.

I'm sorry to hear the rooms weren't up to the standard you've come to expect from us. I have personally addressed this with our housekeeping staff to ensure this won't happen again

El personal es muy amigable y servicial. Tiene dos elevadores, pero uno estaba en reparación, eso fue incómodo porque en ocasiones había que esperar mucho para subir o bajar a la habitación. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El único problema es el ruido, por la zona es muy ruidoso. Se escuchaba música a todo volumen hasta las 2am. El buffet de desayuno es muy bueno. En realidad es una buena opción, céntrica con muchas restaurantes cercanos, acceso a la playa y alberca.

Muy buen hotel y personal muy atento, me tocó estar en un cuarto recién remodelado. El único inconveniente es con el estacionamiento que está fuera de las instalaciones del hotel y si quieres dentro de las instalaciones con servicio de valet parking es con un costo adicional.

Me gustó la zona, está bien ubicado no me gustó que la habitación que me asignaron no tenía vista al mar, y la chapa de la puerta no servía, y pedimps lavar las sábanas pero no nos hicieron mucho caso las señoras de la limpieza, por lo demás está muy bien para ir en familia, la comida del restaurante es buena y el trato del resto de personal es bueno

The resort is clean and the staff is awesome. The breakfast buffet was great!! My only concern was that none of the balcony doors locked in our suite and could definitely be accessed by other balconies (so not secure). The resort also caters to the Cruise Ship groups that come in and use the facilities for the day.
