Summary:

Relax and enjoy this comfortable loft in Cerritos, Mazatlán. It features a king size bed, double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, and laundry room. Enjoy shared BBQ areas and great amenities: a wave pool, 6 additional pools, rooftop, green areas, kids' playground, coworking space, and more. Just 3 minutes by car (or 10 minutes walking) from the beach, in a quiet and well-connected area.



The Space:

It’s a 2-bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a balcony, an area to store clothes/personal items, and a private bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The living room has a double sofa bed, includes a Smart TV, and has a beautiful balcony with a view of the pool and the marina. The dining room is for 6 people, but there is also space at the kitchen bar to sit. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but any special requests can be made, and we’ll be happy to accommodate them as soon as possible.



Guest Access:

A link with step-by-step instructions on how to access the property will be sent to you. It includes directions from your location, how to enter the building, the door lock code, and a tutorial on how to enter it.



Other Things to Note:

The pools are shared and located on the 1st floor. The barbecue area can be used without any problem as long as it is reserved at least one day in advance and the rules are respected—for example, glass is prohibited near the pool. The pool hours are approximately from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.



The wave pool has different hours, which may vary, so you’ll need to check at the activities office located in front of the semi-Olympic pool.



The co-working area, gym, and kids’ play area are located on the rooftop of each tower and are also available from approximately 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
