Villa Maria Paradiso is a completely renovated Sicilian farmhouse: a large house with internal courtyard, private pool and contemporary style, surrounded by an olive grove just 4 km from Mazara del Vallo. Once a noble residence, the property has been renovated to combine aristocratic architecture with modern design. Spread over three levels, the villa offers seven double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a bright open-plan living area that opens directly onto the pool and solarium in the courtyard. A panoramic terrace on the first floor offers a beautiful view of the estate and the surrounding countryside. Surrounded by almost two hectares of olive groves and Mediterranean plants, the villa has several outdoor areas for lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation. The location is ideal for easily reaching the beaches of south-western Sicily and important cultural sites such as Selinunte, Marsala and the Valley of the Temples. N.B. If you rent the property in this solution, no other customer will be present in the entire structure.

Interiors:

The villa is spread over three floors. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance; open space living area with kitchen, dining room and living room; two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; laundry room; bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — Panoramic terrace with two separate entrances, each of which leads to two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR — Double bedroom with French bed, en suite bathroom with shower and private panoramic terrace. All rooms have large windows with garden or pool views.


Park:

The property covers about 1.9 hectares of olive groves and pine forest. A fence wall delimits much of the land, which includes a paved driveway, a parking area for ten cars, and a brick barbecue. The garden is planted with mature fig and camphor trees, pittospores and Mediterranean shrubs. In front of the villa, the resin-paved solarium surrounds the pool and houses an outdoor dining area with sun loungers and sitting areas. The lighting is guaranteed by low cluster lamps, which create a suggestive atmosphere for outdoor evenings. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.


Pool:

The infinity pool is located in the center of the garden, directly in front of the villa. Rectangular in shape, it measures 13.5 x 3.5 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters. It is covered in gray cement effect resin and is equipped with a Roman access staircase, chlorine purification plant and internal lighting activated at dusk. The paved solarium is furnished with sun loungers and sitting areas. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
