This was a great location for us. Convenient to to restaurants, grocery store, church. There was confusion to where our room was, but the staff was excellent in helping.

Went here because we had no power and needed electric for the night's sleep. It's located near several restraunts and such. The staff was good. We were incredibly frustrated that the pool was out of service. It was the reason we chose this hotel over other options.

The place served its purpose but, the room was dirty. There was used snus on the floor, black long hairs in the bathroom, nothing was swept. The tub looked dirty so, I took a shower in flip flops. We asked for a non-smoking but, was given a smoking room that smelt musky. What was wonderful was the staff was very kind and accommodating. We arrived early and they graciously allowed us to check in so we could hurry to my grandmother’s visitation service.

My son locked the bathroom door and when I went to the desk for help she said they couldn’t do anything until the maintenance came. I asked to use the bathroom and the lady told me to go to the gas station across the street

It’s important to know they had bed bugs. If it’s in my room it has to be others. Clerk was not shocked when I told her. She moved us rooms as we had no choice. We were going to leave but other hotels near by were booked. 2 nd room we inspected and it was dirty. The walls and flor. But no bugs. Hard to convince kids to lay down.

The woman at the front desk was friendly. However the outside of the hotel was in need of repair and refresh. It was the only hotel in town that was not sold out. Otherwise I would not have stayed. There was no hot water one day. There was the second. However, I reached for a clean white towel. I went to dry my face and there were black stains all over the "clean" towel. The sheets were dingy and thin. On a positive note there were no bed bugs. I definitely would not have stayed had there been.

We arrived to the hotel around 9 am, we know check in is at 2 pm. We let the desk know we were here and if they can get us in any earlier that would be great. But we waited all day in the parking lot and we still did not get in any earlier. So after we did check in, the room had 2 cigarette butts found on the floor. One was in the bathroom on the floor below the toilet paper holder, the other one was on the floor by the bed.

Horrible condition. Surprised they even pass inspection to stay open. Mold, exposed wires, and just dirt. The toilet seat was not bolted on and super dirty. Bathtub was disgusting as it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. The floor, walls, everything just seemed filthy. We checked in very late and being so tired just had no choice but to lodge without trying to touch anything. Not coming back to this place for sure.

We didn’t get to the hotel until 1am after traveling the kids were ready for bed! We tried to get in our room multiple times, went to the front deck she kept giving us new keys it didn’t work! Then a man came to the door asking why we were trying to get into his hotel room!! It was so crazy! They finally gave us another room. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom and bathtub was nasty! The next day we check out because we already paid for two more rooms for that night. It was supposed to be two room next to each other that was joint. We didn’t get that. We got two rooms around the corner from each other. I called three times in the weeks leading up to our stay to make sure we got side by side rooms. Of course we didn’t. Both nights we stayed we went down first thing to get breakfast and the front desk lady said they was out of everything! It was a complete joke!

Musty and noisy
Signed that I would be charged $100 if I smoked in a non smoking room. I don’t smoke so I signed. When I opened the door to the room, a smell of stale cigarettes was apparent. Musty odor very strong. Overall the room was clean. Neighboring room had music playing that could be heard through the walls. I stayed here just to sleep between shifts for work. Will pay the extra and stay elsewhere next time.

Room was not clean, floors were very dirty and bathroom floor had used toilet paper on floor by toilet. There was pubic hair all over bathroom floor also. Sheets were clean but other blankets had an odor and stains all over them and cigarette burn holes.

Steps were not salted properly after an ice storm I fell and injured myself coming down the steps, once I made it into the office I told the girl that I fell and all she could say is I hope you're not hurt. Seems like he didn't care one way or the other if I needed help or not will not stay there again

This place is a little older could stand to be updated. It's the second place we've stayed that there was no telephone in the room. I Understand we all have cell phones but would be nice to have a direct connection to the office at least. For the most part we were happy it was bug free. I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The staff that we enteracted with were all very nice and professional. We had a problem with our remote control for the TV we had to manually change it. The next morning took remote to desk it needed reprogrammed. The only problem we endured were 3-4 car alarms including mine at 430 am. Not sure if someone was looking for a vehicle that was unlocked or what. We would stay there again if needed.

Disappointed pool was not opened as advertised. That was the main reason we selected this hotel . Was grateful : 1) another quality inn (dry ridge KY) called the Marysville KY inn to let them know we were on our way after getting lost 2) we were assigned ground floor as my husband can't t do stairs very well

Absolutely horrible condition of the hotel. Noisy, drunk clients, nasty rooms, leaky toilet, horrible breakfast with cardboard type eggs cooked by desk clerk. Worst than Motel 6
