«The staff was first rate. I was a retail manager and i would hire those people in my business.
I would challenge tgeaders to sit down woth the staff and ask them how thongs to be better.
I would have a listing of restaurants available at check in. I also had to figure out the wifi and the tv remote. Instruction cards would have helped save my time and give a better experience.»

«Horrible room, some kind of beetles were all inside around the door and window. The pull out couch was so horrible. Their was only a sheet and pillow cases for our son to use. My husband went to the front desk to get a blanket and the guy said they don't have any. So he gave him one of those thin top covers that go on top of the blanket. Needs were so hard. The smoke detector wouldn't stop beeping. I would never go back there.»
