«Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months.»

«Comfortable hotel but difficult to get into due to 10 steps up to get to main entrance in either front or back of hotel. Tough for seniors and definitely not for handicapped. They do offer a decent breakfast that is included with room fee. Much cheaper to book with hotel than any booking site. Close to freeway exit with many fast food or restaurants nearby.»

«The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. «The room had holes in the walls with obvious plagues missing. No security latch on the door, obviously removed. Mold around the toilet and floor corners in the bathroom. Toilet seat came off, had to fix that myself. Bathroom doorknob was close to coming off, had to get a screwdriver from my car to fix it. Bathroom too small for a handicapped person and no handles in the shower to provide safety. Bed was off it's frame so one of the supports stuck out causing my leg to be scraped. Obviously a ...
