Push the gate and enter the courtyard of this beautiful property. By crossing the front door, you will discover a large living room of more than 40 m², where a large dining table for 8 people awaits you to share your meals with family or friends. The living room, comfortable and welcoming, is equipped with a sofa, television and coffee table, perfect for your moments of relaxation. At the end of the room, on the right, is the modern, fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, offering everything needed for easy cooking. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker are available.



Halfway up the stairs, discover the first bedroom, equipped with a King Size bed (180x190 cm), with direct access to the jacuzzi. As well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Going upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a smaller one with two single beds.



Cross the courtyard and go up the stairs in the annex to access the fourth bedroom, spacious, almost 20 m², equipped with a Queen Size bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
