The customer service here is horrible. I was staying here for four days and one of the days asked if I could get a towel. “Mark” said to go look for the maid and get a towel from her. I’m not going to walk around the motel and look for her? After going back and fourth and pointing out there were towels right behind him in the back room, he said they were pool towels. I told him I really needed any towel. He scoffs and gets the towel and it’s literally the same as the bathroom towels. Get to my room and it’s dirty. Disgusting. So now a week out, I go to look at my account and see I was charged the deposit. I call and get Mark again. He tells he me hold on and then hangs up on me. I call back six times before he answers again. When I tell him that I was charged $100, he tells me I was refunded the day I checked out (a week ago). I asked him to send me an email for proof because I’ve never waited that long for a refund if it was refunded. He tells me he’s got a long line of customers (not my problem) and then he hangs up on me again. Absolutely insane. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
