This vacation home is surrounded by gardens and fields just outside the town of Matino. Once you arrive, the Casa Maestro Ivan estate awaits you behind the beautiful gate. It consists of the Master House MAESTRO for 2 adults and 3 children (this listing) and the Junior House IVAN for 2 adults.

The entire garden is lovingly landscaped. Here you will find all the typical plants, from cacti to palm trees, lemon, orange, and olive trees. For children, there is a swing, a seesaw, and a garden shed with lots of toys in the garden. On hot afternoons, an outdoor shower provides welcome refreshment.

In the Master House MAESTRO, you will find a spacious dining area with a large table and 6 chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa. Of course, there is also a TV and a large refrigerator and freezer. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering. Naturally, there is a dishwasher for washing up, as well as a Nespresso machine and a gas stove with oven.

In the bathroom, you will find a shower cubicle, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink with a mirror cabinet. The hair dryer and washing machine are practical for air travelers. Of course, we provide fresh towels and toilet paper.

The large master bedroom with a double bed and large built-in wardrobe has a window overlooking the garden. The smaller children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed also has a window overlooking the garden and can sleep up to 3 children. All rooms are air-conditioned and have WiFi. All beds are freshly made for your stay.

The most beautiful beaches in Apulia await you just 10-20 minutes away by car. The old garrison town of Gallipoli is 15 minutes away and, with its old streets, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, offers the perfect end to a perfect day in Apulia.
