We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Matignon, featuring a private swimming pool, with a floor area of 100 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of around 1,200 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
- Mezzanine landing, accessible via a staircase, furnished with a sofa

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A 9 m x 4.50 m swimming pool (private, heated) open from June to September. Secured by an electric cover. Depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.40 m.
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,200 m² facing south-west, with no neighbours directly opposite.
- A 25 m² terrace facing due south, equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue to make the most of sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Matignon, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
