Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel while we visited Matera. It is located about 5-10minutes by car from Matera. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and well tasty. With a pool this hotel would be absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The property debited my credit card two weeks prior to arrival in full despite explicit statement and request on Expedia site that bill would be settled at property - when challenged the property said these were their rules and it is unfortunate that Expedia states something different- this needs to be sorted out

Good morning Sir, we have never charged your card two weeks prior as you described in the review, so much so that you paid for your stay directly at the hotel, also leaving a tip for our employees as a demonstration of our attention and respect for our customers.You probably confuse us with some other hotel.We thank you for your vote which will certainly help future customers in their choice.

Great hotel in Matera for those who don't mind driving everywhere. The hotel itself is excellent - the rooms are large and well-appointed, the breakfast is good, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful (they provided very useful recommendations for both sightseeing and dining options). And there's ample parking on the property itself. For us, it was the perfect option. But it's important to note that the hotel stands on a busy road without sidewalks. So, even though it's within a 15-minute walk from many restaurants and within 30 minutes from the Sassi, it's highly inadvisable to go by foot and you should plan on driving. On the plus side, we had no trouble finding parking near any of our destinations in town.

Buona accoglienza,molto professionali. Ottima la pulizia Colazione varia. Un appunto, sono stata inserita in un giro di email tra struttura e hotel.com, a causa del prezzo pagato della camera, secondo me potevano evitare, visto che sono la cliente e che io non c'entro con gli accordi presi tra struttura e portale.

Struttura carina e ben arredata. Purtroppo la stanza (grande) non era sufficientemente riscaldata, così come il bagno annesso, ben attrezzato ma assolutamente freddo. La climatizzazione del tutto insufficiente ad assicurare condizioni accettabili: il calorifero del bagno spento nel pomeriggio e in serata ed acceso soltanto al mattino, nonostante una temperatura esterna di 3,5° C. Francamente fare colazione col piumino non mi pare proprio il massimo. Il personale certamente cortese ma, a fronte di tali criticità, poteva fare ben poco.

Hotel tranquillo e molto pulito. Un po' spartano sia l'arredo che la colazione. Gli ambienti sono moderni ma il corridoio all'aperto non favorisce i soggiorni nei periodi con temperature esterne medio-basse. La porta della camera è di fatto all'esterno. Personale molto cortese.

離交流道近，自行開車的話，交通還滿便利，唯離市區稍遠，無法步行前往，幸好飯店服務員很熱心指導我們在市區免費停車位置，真的很謝謝她！

Ultimo dell'anno a Matera
Ho soggiornato qui dal 29 dicembre al 1 gennaio con il mio compagno e siamo rimasti molto contenti. Posizione ottima perché a 5 minuti dal centro e ad altrettanti dal Parco della Murgia. Il personale veramente molto gentile e disponibile per tutto. La colazione buona e con grande varietà di scelta. L'unica pecca è stato il bagno, senza bidet e con la doccia con la tenda che inevitabilmente portava all'allagarsi del bagno ogni volta. Pulizia comunque molto buona e giornaliera.

L'albergo è a pochi min di macchina dal centro. La camera è molto spaziosa ed è dotata di angolo cottura. Personalmente ho trovato il bagno ( e soprattutto il lavabo) un po' scomodo. Colazione abbondante e personale molto cordiale.

Great hotel. Receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke with us in perfect English which is good as my Italian is non existent. Modern boarding on art house design in the shell of an old farmhouse. Quiet and easy to find and park

Very nice modern hotel in an old stone building done up. Very pleasant & helpfull staff. Clean rooms & bathroom. A bit out of town but private parking. Excellent breakfast and good WiFi. In all a great stay.

Perfect in every way
The hotel is very modern and clean. It's easy to find and access if driving. The GPS co-ordinates take you exactly to the driveway. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of good information about the best restaurants, how to get into town etc. We took the taxi into the town centre at a fixed 10 euros if you used their driver. Less hassle than driving your own car. The breakfasts were great, beautiful cakes, tarts etc and the rest. I highly recommend this hotel. Could not fault it.

Boutique Hotel conveniently close to Matera by car
Pleasant stay in Matera. I got upgraded to a very spacious room; trendy decoration and modern bathroom with the essence of the stones all over. You need to arrive by car, the staff is incansably friendly and helpful. The only thing to say is that internet was a bit slow, so do not plan to work via VPN. An intermittent noise close to the door (maybe heated water running) make you wake up earlier than you want. Overall I will be back here and stay probably longer.

Beautiful hotel
Beautifully appointed hotel on the outskirts of Matera. Great size room, excellent air conditioning, comfortable bed. Our room had a kitchenette so great if you want to prepare you own meals. Excellent breakfast selection with croissants/cake etc but also fruit, yoghurt, cereal and juice - can eat inside or on the undercover outside area. Not located in the sassi, but a short drive and a lovely place to return to at the end of the day. Great shower!

Nice bright good-sized room at this hotel with good size fridge and cooktop we didn't use. Staff were helpful. Hotel on main road so noisy but everything worked well and desk folks helped direct us to ancient section of Matera and good restaurants. Breakfast OK. It would be nice to have some snack food or bar available on site but it was OK.

L'Hotel ha una pessima entrata sulla curva della strada che mi lascia davvero sbigottito per l'impossibilita' di vedere le auto in arrivo dopo la curva , ma si entra in un luogo pulito, curato, moderno , silenzioso e accogliente. Ho scelto cmq una stanza sul retro per evitare rumori di auto la notte e infatti abbiamo dormito molto bene. Arredamento della stanza moderno, mobili laccati di colore bianco, letto basso, cucina, frigo, tv, tutto molto funzionale. La stanza dava su un balcone comune molto lungo. Purtoppo i piccioni ci fanno giornalmente una capatina e lasciano tracce e il retro dell'albergo guarda una bella collina, ma anche la corte di una abitazione un po'dismessa. Molto bello il cortile erboso interno all'albergo dove affaccia la hall e la sala colazione; molto bella quest'ultima sala, e per la colazione molto buona e fornita la parte dolce , mentre quella salata abbastanza essenziale. Personale gentile e molto collaborativo, attento. Posto auto interno e anche sotterraneo. Ottima offerta expedia, consigliato.
