«Check in was terrific and the space is very nice and as pictured. Very short drive to Matamata which was a really nice town. Hobbiton is of course also very close. Julie was very personable and her baked goods provided in the room were amazing! A great stay passing through the north island.»

«First impression was wow, nice and secluded but still close to town. Property was more than we expected. Communication was always so easy and straight forward. House was clean and had everything you would need. The host had supplies in the fridge for their guest which was a great touch. Washing machine if needed. «The air conditioner was broken and there was no heating from the second day and it was cold. The battery of the electronic key ran out and I couldn't put it in for about 2 hours. I contacted the owner in a hurry, but it was a pity that he prioritised his errands and did not respond immediately. ( It may be normal in New Zealand, but it was very uneasy for people who came from abroad for the first time)»
