«Great stay and staff was great!»

«We travelled to Grand Rapids for a concert. We chose Quality Inn based on the price and proximity to Acrisure as this was a last minute road trip. The bed, blanket and pillows were exceptional. The room was clean. The pool was inviting. One minor downfall was the traffic on the expressway, but it wasn’t a concern for us. Be mindful if you book here ask for a room on the east side of the hotel. Happy travels!»

«I was there for just one night and I arrived late and left early. The bathroom was clean, but it was an accessible shower and the floor wasn’t slanted to the drain, so the entire floor became soaking wet. There were also items left behind by others, just under the bed and the chair. So the visual surfaces appeared clean, but just under the bed and chair were definitely not!»

«Such a great place to stay! All of the staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The facility was spotless and the outdoor area was amazing! We were able to sit outside and watch the 4th of July fireworks around a fire pit. Our room was perfect with the brightest bathroom. Would definitely stay her again!»

«Mixed feelings on this one. First the good. 1. Staff is friendly and helpful, turndown service is good, fresh towels are good. 2. Location is great, the patio is great, the continental breakfast is great as far as those types of breakfasts go. The room size is great. Having a kitchen is key for us.
