Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the private heated infinity pool, the terraces and the gardens.

Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi: the center is approximately 900 metres away (a 10-15 minute walk), with restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, pharmacy and bus stops

Marina del Cantone: about 8 km away, with beautiful beaches

Sorrento: approximately 11 km away, with ferry connections to Capri and the Amalfi Coast

Positano: around 15 km away

Amalfi: approximately 32 km away



The port of Sorrento offers ferries to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Ischia, making day trips easy and enjoyable.



Getting Around:

Villa Mediterranea offers the perfect balance between privacy and convenience, with the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi about a 10-15 minute walk away.

While a car provides greater flexibility for exploring the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, many guests choose to rely on private transfers, local drivers and boat tours organized by the Feeling Italy Concierge team. From Sorrento it is easy to reach Capri, Positano and Amalfi by ferry, while private boat tours can be arranged with convenient departures from nearby ports.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals require prior notice and may incur an extra fee.

Check-out: by 10:00 am.



Heated pool: heating is available from March 15th to June 15th and from September 15th to November 15th, upon advance request and at no extra cost (max 28°C).

Daily cleanings: daily light housekeeping is included from Monday to Saturday. Our housekeeping team will access the property during the day for light cleaning and general tidying, always with full respect for guests' privacy.



Parking: several parking places on site; access is via a narrow, relatively steep downhill road, so small to medium-sized vehicles are recommended.

Accessibility: the villa is spread across multiple levels with internal steps and outdoor stairways and may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.



Services Policy

To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors.

All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.



City tax: €3 per adult per day for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.
