Le Arcate Giuliana is a contemporary apartment arranged on a single level, offering an elegant blend of comfort and Mediterranean charm. The living area features a cozy sofa bed, a welcoming dining space, a bathroom, and a fully equipped modern kitchen that opens onto a balcony, ideal for enjoying morning light or a quiet evening breeze.

To the left of the living room is the first double bedroom, thoughtfully furnished and complete with an en-suite bathroom. From here, guests can take in beautiful views of both the sea and the countryside. On the opposite side, the second double bedroom delights with its vibrant tiled accents and minimalist decor. Tall windows bathe the room in natural light and lead directly to a private balcony, where panoramic views of the Mediterranean and surrounding hills create a serene escape.

Outdoors
A highlight of the property is its private rooftop terrace, accessible via an external staircase. Furnished with comfortable lounge seating and featuring a private Jacuzzi, open from April to the end of October(maximum temperature 28°C), this space is designed for pure relaxation, especially at sunset when the sky lights up over the sea.

Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool, reached by a pleasant pathway within the secure private compound. The pool is available exclusively to residents and is open from mid-May to mid-October, offering the perfect setting for unwinding on warm, sunny days.

The property features convenient parking facilities and is situated within a private compound, ensuring a sense of privacy and exclusivity. Please be informed that the access road leading to the property is narrow.

Situated in the town of Torca, Le Arcate Giuliana offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Amalfi Coast. Guests can explore the nearby shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi serves as an ideal base for discovering the attractions of the region. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located just a short distance away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is located approximately 17 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 11 kilometers to the northwest.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.

JACUZZI

Please note that the maximum temperature of the Jacuzzi is 28°C.
