Le Arcate Giuliana is a contemporary apartment arranged on a single level, offering an elegant blend of comfort and Mediterranean charm.



Living area: a bright living space with a cozy sofa bed, a welcoming dining space, a bathroom and a fully equipped modern kitchen that opens onto a balcony, ideal for morning light or a quiet evening breeze.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: to the left of the living room, the first double bedroom is thoughtfully furnished and complete with an en-suite bathroom, with beautiful views of both the sea and the countryside. On the opposite side, the second double bedroom delights with vibrant tiled accents and minimalist decor, with tall windows leading directly to a private balcony and panoramic views of the Mediterranean and surrounding hills.



Outdoors:



A highlight of the property is its private rooftop terrace, accessible via an external staircase, furnished with comfortable lounge seating and a private Jacuzzi (open from April to the end of October, maximum temperature 28°C), designed for pure relaxation, especially at sunset.

Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool, reached by a pleasant pathway within the secure private compound. The pool is available exclusively to residents and is open from mid-May to the end of October.

Arrival and Check-In Information



Check-in time: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals are accommodated with prior notice and may incur an additional fee.

Check-out time: by 10:00 am.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Arrival and Departure: check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-in between 10:00 pm and midnight is available upon request and incurs an additional fee of €30, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Usage policy: the property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Events, private parties or gatherings are not permitted. External suppliers, including private chefs and catering services, are not permitted; all services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy.

Parking: free private parking is available on site. A car is recommended given the rural location, and medium-sized cars are strongly advised, as the access road leading to the property is narrow.

City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.

Accessibility: the private rooftop terrace is accessible via an external staircase, and the access road leading to the property is narrow.
