«The room was great and very comfortable and we loved the location. I was very put off by the lack of service and irritating policies and signs. We were driving to Wilmington and had made plans to visit with friends in Pawleys Island on the way up. The Verandas only has check in from 4 to 5 pm so I sent a message to say we would not arrive until 6:00. No response so I called them.
