Worst Experience Ever.
Horrible experience. We clearly had a reservation....The front desk woman was condensending and very rude. Claimed we dosnt have a reservation, even after Hotels.com called to tell her we did. The young man in training there found it as well, butshe had ignored it and given the room away to someone else....Then she swnt the 75 year old couple to a dump motel where they had to climb to the 2nd floor on rickety old stairs.... Hotels.com was able to save the day and put them in a nice Holiday Inn. But--Instead of being in their room at 830 pm it turned into 11pm. I have traveled for work and spent about 750 nights in hotels in my life. I have never encountered such awful service. Never stay here.

There having some construction for renovations downstairs so we got a room on 3rd floor. But other than that our room was very nice and clean. Culvers and gas station was just right next door and walkable which is very convenient.

Hotel was in the middle of a restoration project so it looked a little rough.My room was nice enough I would say 95% complete, no toilet paper holder or towel hooks and some bare plywood in the bathroom. In general though it was clean and comfortable. I was only there for 12 hours so it suited my purposes well.

The property was being totally remodeled into a Comfort Inn &Suites. There was a lot of construction noise and odors like paint. Our bathroom was not finished and there was no place in the room to hang clothes. The front desk staff was very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying during this remodel.

Under remodeling- not worth the prive
Hotel was under construction, paint smell throughout hotel. Painters with large loud bucket truck right outside our windows- working on a Sunday morning! For 144 a night not worth it at all!

This whole property was under construction which was not clearly labeled. The hallway outside of our room was filled with drywall dust. Once we could see our path we quickly noticed that all the hall outside of our room was used to store all of the drywall, mud buckets and tools which we had to step around in order to get access to our door. Once we got in the room we were greeted with a leaky basement smell and damp to the touch sheets. We tried to escape to the pool but my kids were grossed out by all of the scum and hair floating. We would have absolutely left but there weren’t any hotels with vacancy in town due to the car show. We tried to ask about a refund but we’re told we should have known about the construction. Terrible experience and management.

The early check in went smoothly, but they are remodeling which is great but our room did not have a blow dryer, rack for suitcase and only one lamp. The shower was amazing but I don't think the room was ready for people as it needed a lot of things yet.

It was not clean. They were doing some construction so I expected some work to be going on. However they put us in a room that was half finished, missing vent covers, exposed 2 by 4s etc. I would not stay here again.

Skip this hotel for now. Try again in a few months
The Quality Inn is under construction. I wish that would have been clear prior to check in. The rooms were half finished. No light fixtures, no towel fixtures in the bathrooms. No dryer, coffee maker or luggage rack. They should have shut down whole rooms while upgrading and open them when ready. But instead, the whole place is under construction at the same time

There was a smoking smell from the rooms next door. Nothing was done. We have a small child and they did nothing to help the situation. I would not stay here again.

Under construction, doors left open & so many flies everywhere! I counted 6 flies on our breakfast table & hundreds buzzing around in the breakfast room, just gross! Poorly insulated rooms, we heard a lot of noise, especially from the hallway, which was uncarpeted due to construction. We had a hard time sleeping due to all the noise.

They were doing improvements and so everything was a mess! No pool. Had to wait 15 min for someone to wait on me. I finally called the number and the help came from Outback.

Rooms were clean. Coffee was really weak, pancake machine didn't work very well (no waffles :-(), circuit breaker kept triggering for the pancake machine and toaster. No fruit!!
