I Coni di Pinurè is a traditional trulli complex nestled in the peaceful countryside of Puglia. The property has been recently restored with great care, preserving the authentic character of these ancient dwellings to offer each guest the warm, welcoming atmosphere that only trulli can convey.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. The main entrance leads into the living area, furnished with sofas and armchairs, and dominated by a charming stone cone ceiling. The light tones and natural brightness of the interiors, along with the neutral décor, create an immediate sense of peace and relaxation.
From the living room, the rest of the house unfolds. To the left is the dining room, also within a trullo, featuring a round table and chairs. The kitchen, made of wood and masonry with a central island, is ideal for convivial moments. A hidden trapdoor leads down to the ancient cistern, now converted into a wine cellar.
Through the kitchen, guests can access the first double bedroom, bright and spacious, with a French door opening to the outside and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the living room, you can reach two additional double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers. One of these bedrooms also has direct access to the outdoors.
Finally, in the main cone, a wooden loft has been created, featuring a queen-size bed (140 cm). While this space is not a formal bedroom, it offers a charming and functional sleeping option, especially suitable for children or more dynamic guests. A bathroom with a shower is available for their use on the lower level.
The outdoor area has been thoughtfully designed to provide total relaxation: a swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, a patio sheltering the outdoor kitchen—fully equipped with a barbecue, table, and chairs for al fresco dining—and a cozy lounge area, perfect for enjoying the stunning sunsets over the Puglian countryside.
I Coni di Pinurè are ideally located at the heart of the Valle d’Itria, equidistant from three of its most iconic towns: Martina Franca, Cisternino, and Locorotondo.
The nearest town is Martina Franca, just 4 km away, where guests will find supermarkets, pharmacies, traditional restaurants, and charming shopping streets. Also within easy reach are Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, and many other must-see destinations.
Please note that although the property has Wi-Fi, the connection is not fiber-optic and may be slower than typical urban networks.
