Home with Private Garden and Barbecue

Situated in a very quiet area, our accommodation, equipped with a garden and private entrance, is only 300 meters from the most well-stocked supermarkets, 1 km from the beach of Lake Bolsena, and only 800 meters from the town center.

Outside the house, you will find very convenient free on-street parking and a beautiful communal garden located a few steps from the accommodation, ideal for walking and enjoying fantastic sunny days full of relaxation.

The accommodation has 4 spacious rooms:

FIRST ROOM

In the first room, equipped with every comfort, you will find a Double Bed with Memory Foam pillows and a fan so you can rest comfortably in the cool.

You will also find very spacious custom wooden wardrobes where you can store everything you want during your stay.

A wall safe to make your stay safer.

A Smart TV with the possibility of accessing Netflix so you don’t miss your favorite series even on vacation.

A balcony suitable for those who want to get some fresh air without leaving the house or the patio.

SECOND ROOM

The second room is very spacious and equipped with 3 single beds (2 single and one foldable), also with Memory Foam pillows and a fan suitable for beating the heat and enjoying the hottest hours in well-deserved relaxation.

Inside you will also find a work desk suitable for those who want to use a computer and/or read, with a Smart TV also with the possibility of accessing Netflix.

This room also has wardrobes with multiple doors to store everything you might need during your stay at the facility.

A balcony to get some fresh air without leaving the building.

COMPLETE BATHROOM

The bathroom is the crown jewel of our facility.

Inside you will find a luxurious shower (170x80cm) equipped with the latest generation thermostat, made with the best materials available;

Complete sanitary ware (bidet and toilet) always at the highest level of cleanliness and comfort.

A brand-new washing machine to wash your clothes without the need to spend money at a private laundry.

A lovely sink complete with a welcome kit and a hairdryer that can be plugged into the socket above our fantastic mirror.

LIVING ROOM

Our accommodation has a fantastic living room furnished with custom-made wooden furniture for this house.

Inside this room, you will find a lovely living area with 2 three-seater sofas and a Smart TV to spend pleasant moments of conviviality without excluding anyone, along with a small library suitable for both adults and children.

KITCHEN

Our kitchen, always strictly wooden, along with the dining room, is the brightest room in the entire house.

It is equipped with every comfort and appliance suitable for preparing any dish a guest might want to make.

Inside you will find cutlery of all kinds, from coffee spoons to meat knives, suitable for enjoying all kinds of hot and cold dishes;

An excellent selection of the latest generation appliances, including a kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, etc.;

An island to make the moment of cooking dishes much more comfortable and convenient;

A dining area connected to the kitchen with an extendable wooden table, suitable for hosting guests, equipped with placemats.

PATIO WITH GARDEN

The Patio of the house is the part that everyone loves the most.

In this area, you can enjoy fantastic hot and cold dishes in complete tranquility, thanks to the separation from a neighboring house by our lush hedge and on the other side by our immense lemon tree and our flower garden.

It is also equipped with a fireplace with a grill inside to cook all kinds of food outdoors and then enjoy it at the beautiful table next to it.
