Good hotel, mediocre service
Centrally located hotel with good standard. Stay was adversely affected by the room not being ready at the stated check-in time. Promises of being contacted when the room was ready were not kept. A room was made available only after the second return to the hotel after more than two and a half hours had passed.

Great place to stay in Marseille
Great hotel, and great value for money! Located near MUCEM and also walking distance to the port. Metro nearby. Service was excellent, and the breakfast one of the best I have had in a none-5 star hotel ever! The fitness center albeit small was adequate, and nice touch with fresh fruit water and towels available. Room very spacious, with amenities. Will undoubtedly come back if returning to Marseille!

Chambre propre et confortable. Pas très bien situé car il n’y a rien autour et quartier plutôt inquiétant le soir. Personnel bof. Attention : Bien que l’hôtel mentionne Parking ce n’est pas vrai . Il vous envoi à un parking situé à 500M sans vous mentionner que ce parking est au tarif prohibitif de 42 euros!! pour une nuitée. Plus cher qu’à Monaco.

As an Expedia gold member I was not offered either of the benefits that were listed with my booking. The hotel is very central, it is comfortable and the staff, particularly the young lady who was working on reception on Saturday were exceptional and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that the restaurant in the hotel was not open as I didn’t want to go out on my own, but the bar snack I was served was very tasty. The location is central and the property is very pleasant. Very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom.

The beautiful hotel did not fit in with the area. I would stay closer to the water next time as that area seemed better. Hotel was a gem and amazing. Just the area not ideal for visitors.

We had no hot water, but were not informed when we checked in. The manager at that time was VERY accommodating and kind and helped us out. The room was awful. It was sterile, almost hostile, in the way it looked. Stark and bare and just pushed us out as soon as possible. No one would like it in that space. The noise from the street, garbage collectors at 10:30 pm and street cleaners at 6 a.m. made it impossible to sleep for any significant amount of time. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone although the staff was very nice.

Please accept my apologies that your overall experience did not living up to your expectations. I regret that we were unable to meet our high standards during your recent stay.Following maintenance work, we had a hot water failure for an hour and we reacted as soon as our customers returned. For this reason, the problem was solved in less than thirty minutes. It is important to point out that when you checked out, we reduced the room rate by 50% to compensate for this exceptional and very short outage. Bel hôtel, agréable
Très bon séjour . Par contre nous n’avons pas eu les boissons offertes auxquelles nous avions droit comme indiqué sur notre réservation hôtels.com. L’hôtel est bien placé en centre-ville, facilement accessible à pieds des lieux à voir. Nous étions véhiculés et là c’est un gros problème. Quartier populaire, parking à quelques centaines de mètres de l’hôtel. Le ticket de 15% de l’hôtel n’a pas fonctionné et le parking étant très étroit, nous avons accroché notre véhicule aux bornes de sortie, une porte entière a refaire.

Nous a von un partenariat avec le parking Indigo République situé a une centaine de mettre de l'hôtel et nous faison en effet beneficier nos clients de 15% de réduction. Un autre parking situé un peu plus loin nommé "le Phocéen" est beaucoup plus etroit et en effet nos tickets de réduction ne sont pas acccepté car pas de partenariat avec ce dernier.
