CASA MAISSALA (WHOLE HOUSE) - MARSALA AREA

Located just ten minutes’ drive from Marsala and 350m from the nearest sandy beach, Casa Maissala is divided into two apartments that share the pool. Besides the two apartments, the villa houses an additional flat occupied by the owners during the summer. The pool can sometimes be shared with the owners.

They offer spacious, bright interiors furnished with great taste and functionality with a lovely mix of styles and nice ethnic pieces. Nearby, along the wine route, among endless vineyards and ancient farmhouses, you find the renowned wine cellars open for visits and tastings of the delicious Marsala wine. Moreover from the property you can easily reach many of the beautiful Sicilian Western towns and natural attractions, such as the medieval village of Erice, the charming Stagnone lagoon with the island of Mothia, the beaches of San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve.

Casa Maissala Uno is located on the ground floor, with large living area with sofa bed and a beautiful large kitchen that is well equipped. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with shower. One extra bed can be added on request in the twin bedroom (extra cost).

Casa Maissala Due is located on the first floor, with large living/dining area with sofa bed, tv and a kitchen corner. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with shower.

Outside, each apartment has its own large covered veranda and terrace with comfortable garden furniture and table with chairs and a garden with swimming pool (10x4m – 1.2m – 1.4m deep; open from April 1 to October 31).

Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, satellite TV, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, CD and DVD player, highchair, fan, 2 bikes, kettle, barbecue, external shower, air conditioning (4 units). Wi-Fi Internet.
