Villa Garofano is a lovely modern villa situated in the ancient town of Marsala on the west coast of Sicily. Close to the sea and within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurant, the villa is ideal for relaxing holidays. In Marsala town centre (6 km) you can find shops, banks and more restaurants and there are plenty of attractions in the area – including the Zingaro nature reserve, the salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta and San Vito Lo Capo.

The 250 square metre villa develops over one level and consists of two buildings.

Main building:
In the main building we find the sleeping area with two double bedrooms (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), a single bedroom (with single bed) and two bathrooms (with shower).

Second building:
In the second building we find a large room with a mezzanine level. The living area with a well-equipped kitchen/dining area (with table seating six) and a sitting room (with sofas and chairs, double sofa bed). We also find one double bedroom (with double bed) on the mezzanine level, a bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a private garden which features a swimming pool (4 m x 8 m; depth 1.6 m; salt water). In the outdoor living area, you will find a poolside sun terrace (with sun loungers), an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, and a large, shaded terrace with a table (seating eight) and comfortable seating where guests can relax and eat outside.
