The space
This expansive 4,500 sq ft home is thoughtfully designed across three levels to provide comfort and privacy for up to 18 guests. High-speed Wifi is available throughout the property to keep you connected.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4,500 sq ft home and all its amenities. Your stay begins with a seamless self check-in process using a keyless entry system.

Full access includes:
- The entire 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom house across three levels.
- Private pickleball court.
- Private hot tub.
- Outdoor fire pit and terrace with fireplace.
- Indoor private gym.
- Movie room and recreation room.
- Two fully equipped kitchens.
- Two laundry rooms.
- For families, a Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for your use.

An electronic guidebook with all property details will be sent 3 days before your arrival.

Other things to note
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is not permitted unless requested 24 hours in advance and approved. This is subject to availability and an additional fee.

- Pickleball Court: Paddles and balls are NOT provided; please bring your own to enjoy this amenity.

- Garbage Disposal: Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash.

- Deliveries & Forgotten Items: We are not responsible for lost items or for packages delivered before or after your stay.

- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

- Post-Hurricane Preparedness: This home is in excellent condition following Hurricane Helene and is fully prepared for your stay. It is an ideal, comfortable retreat for emergency workers or others needing an extended stay in the area.

- Pets: Pets welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

- Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
