Fint hotell og ligger i nærheten av alle atraksjon
Fantastisk opplevelser.Omgivelse,transport.Nær fleste av attraksjoner i Marrakesh. Du kan dra til fjell.

Rolig strøk, men likevel nær attraksjonene.
Personalet var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Frokost og basseng var flott. Det manglet lyspærer i flere lamper, og TV kontakten i veggen var ødelagt.

Very poor breakfast
Good location, modern rooms. Very poor breakfast, poor selection and partly not fresh goods .. And since it was cold (and not possible to eat out) too few seats in the lobby to those wanted to eat breakfast.

Meget bra hotell i forhold til prisen. Rommet var bra og stort. Senga litt for hard, men det er jo vanlig. Meget flott og rolig bassengområde. Kort vei til gamlebyen.

Fin beliggenhet, rent og pent på rommet. Enkelt og greit. Ok frokost. Dårlig service, de ansatte var uhøflige og lite interessert i å hjelpe hotellets gjester. Særlig de som stod i resepsjonen.

ok litt langt unna sentrum
Bestilte to turer fra hotellet. Privat taxi for 4 voksne og to barn. Ble lurt da vi skulle til atlasfjellet ble kun kjørt til en dal med typisk turistfelle. Måtte ha taxi til byen med barn 5 og 8 år. Forøvrig billig med taxi fant ut at det kostet i forhold standarde på bilen. 30 dhiram for billigste. Tilsvarer ca 25 kr. Forlvrig litt merkelig frokost... stadig ting som manglet. Men ok for barna. Veldig lydtette rom hørte ingenting fra naboene.

Sentralt og hyggelig hotell
Stort fint rom, med god plass til tre stykker. Kjøleskap og mikrobølgeovn. Fine uteområdet og helt grei frokost inkludert. Kort vei til medinaen. Det eneste negative var veldig dårlig internettilgang.

Rimelig hotell - sentral beliggenhet
Fin beliggenhet - gå-avstand til ny og gammel bydel, bra nabolag, fine rom, bra service. Fin utsikt mot fjellene fra forsiden av hotellet, men mye trafikkstøy i helgene - anbefaler rom mot baksiden.

Zeer goed ontbijt, ook een leuke plek om te ontbijten met al die zitjes buiten. De loungeplekken aan het zwembad waren erg fijn. Mooie moderne kamer.

There is no parking, only 10 spaces available, reception staff are not helpful, restaurant staff are good, breakfast is not good and not up to Novotel standard, there is no privacy in using the bathrooms, there are no tables next to the beds, towels are old and worn out, and the beds are old and uncomfortable.

The location in Hivernage is very good with easy access to both the Medina and Gueliz. The room was clean and spacious and the service excellent, the team made me feel super welcome from the security at the entrance to the front desk, the bar and the restaurant.

Watch out for scam taxi service
While the hotel was very nice, we were very disappointed with the transportation service they arranged for us . We requested transport to the airport very early (3:45 am) the next day. The receptionist told us it could be arranged but had to be paid in cash (approx $25). We paid, but no receipt was offered. Our cab was ready at the appointed time and took us to the airport as requested, but the driver said he had not been paid and insisted on another $25. After a brief discussion, We gave him all the Moroccan money we had and added another $7 to make up the difference. I’m not sure who benefitted from this scam, but future travelers should insist on a receipt or some kind of voucher if they plan to use this service.

4.1/5 from me. Good, standard business style hotel. Rooms are quite large. Separate toilet and bathroom. In the bathroom, I had a bath and a separate shower. Pool area is nice with comfortable seating and shade. Location is great near lots of lounges, clubs and restaurants. Fast Wi-Fi. Very good room service and everything can be ordered from the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Negatives: no chairs on the balcony and room a little like an office with grey carpet and furniture, etc. Recommended.

Great location, wonderful staff
The staff at this hotel were wonderful and really added to the experience of staying there. Reception staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help. The hotel's location is brilliant for exploring the city and many attractions are within easy walking distance. There are also many decent restaurants close by. The rooms at the hotel are a good size and have a degree of comfort but are extremely dated and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower and hot water was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable, there were only two pillows however and both were in need of replacement. There was a kettle and microwave in the room and teabags and sachets of coffee were provided but no creamer which I found strange. The gym was spacious but has no fixed or free weights and the cross trainer is in need of repair. The pool area was very clean and had plenty of furniture for guests to use and this included parasols. The pool bar was very clean and there was a good selection of drinks and a decent lunchtime menu. Breakfast was buffet style and available from 7am. There was a huge range of choice and of a high quality. I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel provided value for money.
