Beautiful riad in Marrakech.
We stayed at Riad Turquoise from the 8th to the 11th of November. The riad is perfectly situated in the old town, it is easy to find, and everything is within walking distance. The only place we had to go by taxi was to the Majorelle Garden. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely recommend this riad to other people travelling to Marrakech.

We were staying in Riad Turquoise for two nights. Our stay at this riad was plesent. Beds were comfy, breakfast was just what we expected (orange juice was so tasty) and staff was nice and helpful.

Riad molto curato , comodo per raggiungere il centro ma allo stesso tempo fuori dalla grande confusione Camera accogliente e ottima la pulizia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare, cosa vale la pena vedere e cosa evitare. Proprio una bella esperienza.

The hotel was very quiet and the room was pretty. The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was lovely. There was only one thing I didn’t like about was that the hotel page says it has a restaurant, but it didn’t have a restaurant onsite.

Notre séjour au Riad turquoise a été tout simplement formidable. Dés l’accueil à notre arrivée les clés nous ont été remises.La chambre est très bien entretenue et bien décorée et aménagée. La literie est de bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner très bon et les parures communes très propres! Merci à l’ensemble du personnel dont Sofiane et les dames qui s’occupent du ménage et du petit déjeuner. Bravo à vous et au plaisir de revenir très vite.

All of the staff were great! They are friendly and welcoming, plus the Riad is kept in great condition. It's really well located; close to the center of the Medina, on a quiet pedestrian street, where everything you need is within walking distance. Stayed here with my spouse and would come back in a heartbeat if ever in Marrakech again!

The place is beautiful and very well located inside the Medina. The staff is awesome and it really makes you feel in a tradicional riad rather than a hotel. The facilities are very good , almost impecable, close to a high end luxury hotel. Buuut , I have mixed feelings, would not recommend it for more than 3 days. I stayed 7 days and after the four day you would start missing the advantages of a proper hotel ( food options , heated pool , room service , bigger spaces to hang around ). The breakfast is really basic , you will feel tired after the third day. But overall, very good experience

Our host Souffian was fantastic and very friendly helpful and professional The Riad has alcohol!! The Kosy bar close by also sells Casablanca beer with great food. It would have been great if the roof top plunge pool is heated in December Do Not visit the Tanneries they work a scam and dangerous area for tourists

Difficile de tous expliquer concernant ce magnifique sejour. Pour commencer le personnel qui était très agréable, toujours disponible en cas de besoin, ils étaient tout simplement adorable, une étoile en plus pour Soufian le gérant. On peut clairement dire que notre séjour n'aurait pas été le même sans lui. Encore merci à toi. Concernant la propreté nous n'avons rien à reprocher c'était toujours nickel. Petite anecdote: nous avons testé la femme de ménage en déplaçant les pots pourries pour voir si elle allait le remarqué et elle a reussie le test en les remettant correctement. La nourriture proposée était très bonne et au vu de la beauté du riad on ne pouvait etre que comblé. Enfin concernant sont emplacement nous etions à 15 minutes à pied des souks et à 1 minute de la place des ferbantiers ( qui est un coin de la medina très agréable). Je ne sais pas encore si nous retournerons à Marrakech mais si c'est le cas c'est le riad que nous choisirons.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, leider gibt es kein Restaurant, nur eine Küche bei Vorbestellung. Die Klimaanlage ist gleichzeitig Heizung und doch sehr laut. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert, vor allem das hilfsbereite Personal.

So beautiful and smells divine! It felt like true Moroccan comfort. The staff was very friendly. They remind you “this is your home.” It’s so close to great souks and the Jamaa square. My only issue was the internet was not very strong. Might be the thick walls.

Schönes Riad nahe am Bahia-und Badiapalast. Gute zentrale Lage und netter Service. Eigenes Spa und Whirlpool vorhanden. Frühstück war reichlich und sehr lecker. Kleine Anmerkung: Der Betrag fürs Taxi wurde erst zweimal erhoben, das Missverständnis konnte jedoch geklärt werden und wir haben den zuviel bezahlten Betrag zurück erhalten.

Riad in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Struttura curata e fiabesca! Ho alloggiato per 3 notti in questo Riad e mi sono trovata molto bene, ambiente pulito silenzioso e confortevole. La chicca è il terrazzo con la sua piscina con idromassaggio. Tutto il personale molto disponibile, ho avuto modo anche di provare la cucina ed un ottimo cous cous.. per non parlare della colazione abbondante è fatta di ottime ricette locali. Sempre ottimi consigli per girare la città e dove mangiare. Connessione gratuita! Assolutamente positivo, il mio e delle mie compagne di viaggio, il giudizio.

Een heel fijne kleine Riad op loopafstand van de paleizen, het plein en de souks. Soufian spreekt goed Engels, de 2 dames niet, maar zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden kamer 5, op de bovenste verdieping. Alles uitstekend, goed bed, airco, iedere dag schone handdoeken. Zeer aan te raden!

I was first apprehensive about booking a riad instead of a hotel but I am really glad I booked the Riad, especially this one! Good location - right next to Badi Palace and only 10-15 minute walk away from Djemma el Fna. Right in the hustle and bustle of the Medina but it is off the main road so it is quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. I was a bit taken aback at the toilet not actially having a door but more of a wall. The breakfast was not what you would get in a hotel buffet breakfast. It mainly consisted of pancakes, morroccan parathas and bread with jams and butters and omelette upon request. It was delicious and filling nonetheless! Staff were very helpful and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would like to particularly point out Soufiane who was the most friendly and lovely host - booking our excursions and taxis and waking up early for us on the days we would be out early! He really is an asset to the hotel! My husband loved the Riad. We would spend every evening after a long, hot day walking, dipping our feet in the pool. I would definitely stay at this Riad again. So much more calming and relaxing than a hotel.

Sehr, sehr nettes Riad, eine Oase der Erholung inmitten einer sehr pulsierenden Stadt. Wir haben es immer als Rückzugsort nach dem Trubel der Stadt sehr genossen. Soufian und Imad sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ich kann nichts negatives über dieses Riad berichten.

This was the Best Riad experience in our Morroco in our 8 day trip. This place is beautiful, clean, the pools the terraces and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to my new friend Sofian....Marvelous host!! We stayed at 5 different Riads throughout our trip in Morocco and this was by far the best(10). Stayed two great night there and tried to book again on our last night in Marrakech after Sahara desert trip to Merzouga, but Riad Turquoise was full unfortunately. Sofian assisted us with onother Riad but loved Turquoise. Whenever we return to Marrakesh my wife and I will only book at Riad Turquoise. Thanks for everything!!

Indimenticabile
Bellissimo riad nella Medina, a due passi dal palazzo El Badi e dal palazzo El Bahia, accanto a una graziosa piazza ricca di caffè e negozietti (place des Ferblantiers), in una stradina tranquilla che ti ripara dai rumori della città sia di giorno che di notte! Ottima accoglienza, ottima colazione (croissant, pancake, crepes, pane fresco e marmellata, caffè, spremuta d'arancia...), ottima pulizia. Il gentilissimo Sofien ci ha indicato i posti migliori da visitare, ci ha prenotato telefonicamente il ristorante che avevamo scelto, ci ha stampato le carte d'imbarco per il rientro e garantito il taxi per l'aeroporto... sempre con il sorriso! E dopo una giornata passata a camminare per la bellissima Marrakech, immergersi nell'acqua fresca della piscina sulla terrazza è veramente un sogno! Un soggiorno perfetto, lo consiglio spassionatamente.

The Ryad location is perfect, walking distance to the market, the Menara mall and only 15 to 20 mn to the centre where you find trade store , cafes and restaurants. The staff ( khadija , Ilham and sophian) are very nice and attentive if you need anything just ask. The decor is what you expect from a Ryad style but it needs updating, they do really need a shower in the terrace to cool down when you are sunbathing as there is no pool just a small jacuzzi. Would I stay there again a big Yes.

The room was very small, no windows, dark, and the bathroom was not even private! It didn't even have a door so it was really uncomfortable to not have privacy even while in the bathroom. There is no reception/ check in, so that was confusing when we arrived. Furthermore, a staff member thought i had written a negative review while we were there (which i did not) and asked my husband to get me to change it. I wonder how many other reviews may have been changed due to the hotel staff asking guests to do so. Doesnt seem very honest to me, so I think it's important i be honest here. I would not stay here again. Both myself and my husband did not feel comfortable, and it is in no way a 4-star by western standards.

Thank you for sharing your point of view regarding your stay in our riad. We usually have no negative feedback about the Standard Room you occupied. It is indicated on all the supports that this one is of 15m2. We are really sorry that you perceived it to small. Also, we can understand that a traditional Moroccan riad type accommodation, was not at your convenience as you ran out of space and light in this type of housing.. But, a traditional riad is built in square around a main patio. And the windows of bedrooms are distributed all around it. About the decoration we are surprised it has not been to your liking because it is a room much in demand for its cozy atmosphere and its lowed price. But we take into account your remark about the darkening of the room. All our rooms are decorated differently, as we want to move away from the standard of hotel chains. It is indeed a bias. The Junior Suite (23 sqm) you would have certainly much more pleased. About the bathroom, we are really sorry if this may have affected your privacy. But, as it is not shared with other riad guests, we consider, perhaps wrongly, that it is private. Also, as the riad has a real desk-reception, we don’t understand this remark. We also confirm that you have left a negative review in real time. It seems there is a misunderstanding between our staff and your husband. Probably he was asked what was wrong. You would have discussed directly them your discomfort so that they can bring you an immediate response. Be assured we always pay special attention for comfort and satisfaction of our guests. We are sincerely sorry if this stay has not reached all your expectations. We constantly strive to improve our services and the service we offer our guests and sincerely hope to welcome you again; and so prove to you that a stay in a typical accommodation is a true beautiful experience.

We recently stayed at the Riad for three nights. Great location to explore the main attractions of Marrakesh. Lovely staff! They made our stay here very enjoyable. Sufian and Anas also helped with the booking of our Sahara trip. Everything worked out well! I would highly recommend this place.
