Et servicenivå helt i verdensklasse
Hotellet tilbyr en service standard av en annen verden. Som gjest oppleves servicen både ektefølt og reell. Opplever en det minste avvik av det de mener er et servicenivå som gjesten fortjener så fikser de det umiddelbart eller kompenserer. De har som mål å levere 100%. De ansatte tilbyr god informasjon, bistår med bestilling av både taxi, restaurant og opplevelser. De kommer med gode råd, og stiller til og med opp om en skulle være uheldig å rote seg bort i suken eller de trange gatene. Vi besøkte hotellets hammam og massasje, og det var vel verdt et besøk. Meget bra! Frokosten er veldig god, og det er også mulig å spise middag på den flotte uteterassen. De anbefaler også meget gode restauranter i nærområdet, og vi ble spesielt positiv til restaurant-anbefalingen Pepe Nero, bare 300 meter fra hotellet. Som tidligere hotelldirektør på mange hoteller, så vet jeg godt at det servicenivået de her tilbyr kommer ikke av seg selv. Jeg er derfor tilbøyelig til å si at dette var en opplevelse også for en som har samlet sett har bodd mange år på hotell!

Riad Andallaspa was everything I hoped for! The location is close to everything the medina has to offer, the staff is amazing in every way and the building is stunningly beautiful. Rooms were nice and clean, great breakfast was served at the rooftop. I would recommend to have the dinner as well, a delicious selection of moroccan dishes and one of the best meals I had in Marrakech.

Great location for a true Marrakech experience. Close to the main square and the many restaurants and stalls in Medina. The staff were fantastic. They were very helpful explaining how to navigate prices in the market. They even said to call them if we got lost and they would come and get us. The dinner the first evening was delicious and the service was great. The room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend staying there if you visit Marrakesh.

You feel like you are right at home with family. The place is spotless and the decoration is impeccable. Staff was over and beyond helpful with booking tours,cabs and preparing breakfast according to our liking and food sensitivity. The owner Khaled was a delightful person and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place

First the Riad, its owners and personal are all exeptional and outstanding. What a beautiful place, right in the hustle and bustle of the Medina. A delicious breakfast and also dinner. The room has a big "wow" factor and what a roomy shower and comfortable bed. Although being in the busy old city the Riad itself is very quiet and you have no problem sleeping. I will stay here again when visiting Marakech next time. Tip for guests driving in on own accord, please call your host at Riad for instructions before arrival, otherwise you will be in for a big adventure trying to get to the right parking lot in the very narrow streets of the Medina.

Our first stay in the beautiful country of Morocco was here at Riad Andallaspa. There could not have been a more hospitable and beautiful place to be. The staff was wonderful, the room was as expected and the property was beautiful. The location was a short walk from the main square. We will be back!

Très beau Riad personnels très compétent et très gentil, à 5 minutes à pieds des souks , Riad juste magnifique avec un restaurant terrasse juste exceptionnel très bonne cuisine authentique faite par un chef portugais, piscine intérieure magique très belle suite literie impeccable, je recommande se Riad qui pour moi et l un des meilleurs de Marrakech et merci au propriétaire et aux employés ou plutôt leur Famille 👌👌

Beautiful hotel once you get in , extremely good and polite staff,clean rooms we had a lovely time during our holidays. Although location is right in heart of Marrakech very close to the main market its in old Marrakech very crowded hence we struggled a bit with commuting because of very narrow and extremely busy lanes.

The staff were outstanding. So kind, so personal. So many nice touches. Marrakesh is challenging for non arabic, non french speaking. I couldn’t explain to a taxi driver where I was so the manager drove his motorcycle out to find me. Rooms were lovely. Very eclectic and special.

Ein sehr schönes und farbenfrohes Riad inmitten der Medina von Marrakesh. Sehr freundliches Personal, und supersaubere Zimmer. Die Lage zentral. Das Frühstück war nicht so traditionell wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Einen Abend haben wir uns auf der Dachterasse mit einem Menü verwöhnen und überraschen lassen. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, es war sehr sehr ruhig und entspannt. Das Menü lecker und traditionell zur Hauptspeise servierte man uns eine vegetarische Tajine und eine mit Hühnchen. Die anderen Abende und Tage haben wir in der Medina in wunderschönen Restaurants gespeist. Die Auswahl dort ist großartig. Auch haben wir das Hammam und eine traditionelle Massage gebucht, sehr empfehlenswert! (Das Peeling ist recht intensiv, bei empfindlicher Haut sollte man vorher einen Hinweis geben). Der Pool ist nicht zum schwimmen geeignet und befindet sich im Empfangsraum des Riads. Entspannt am Pool in der Sonne liegen kann man hier also nicht. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Medina die Füsse kühlen und einen Pfefferminz Tee trinken ist allerdings eine sehr schöne Alternative. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die schöne Zeit in diesem Riad und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Staying here was fantastic; my sister and I went on vacation for the first time in years and riad andalla spa was beautiful, the food amazing and everyone there was so welcoming and attentive. They have excellent advice, pointed out activities in the city, with good times to go to attractions, and even offered to find us if we got too list or tell us the price we should be paying on souvenirs (which was so great because I'm horrible at haggling lol). My sister is planning on coming back to riad andalla spa with her family, and I'm planning to go back as well. It was amazing not having to worry about anything.

The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. We were welcomed with tea and snacks when we checked in. We had to checkout before breakfast, and they sent us with food for the taxi ride to the airport, which they even arranged for us. When we needed to meet up with our ride for a tour, they walked us to the bus. Would absolutely come again!

Terrific Riad very close to all the action in Marrakesh. Staff incredibly helpful instructing us on proper negotiating techniques and providing a cell phone to check if the deal is good! All interaction was top notch. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The decor was delightfully moorish .wonderful colour matching,clean and bright. Enthusiastic hard working staff, who generally spoke a variety of languages. They were courteous and very helpful. The roof terrace was relaxing and we even played backgammon in the downstairs public area.

Riad Andallaspa took great care of us! From sending a driver to pick us up at the airport to making us a custom map of our pickup point to head out of the city, the staff was attentive to our every need. The property was beautiful and conveniently located in the Medina by the Jemma el-Fna square. The shower was also luxurious!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The service was incomparable. The building is beautiful and the food is excellent. In the heart of the Medina but quiet like an oasis in the city. We were very sorry to leave.

Amazing place away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Lovely team who want to help you in any way possible. Nice fresh breakfast and a lovely hammam. It takes a day or two to adapt to street life in and around Marrakech, including how to negotiate your way to and from the Riad. But once you do, it’s a truly special place.

Wonderful base from which to explore the old city. Just 10 minutes walk to the main square yet a haven to relax in when you tired of the hassles and hustles of the souks. Tanneries just a few minutes away. Amazing staff, great breakfast and the Moroccan dining experience served on the roof top is a must. Overall you won’t find a better or friendlier place to stay in this vibrant city

Lovely Riad less than 10 mins walk from the main square. Great staff - they were a highlight. Lovely breakfast on the roof - pastries, bread, jam, cheese spread, yoghurt, orange juice, coffee, oranges and bananas. We had the family room which has a mezzanine floor with twin beds. Style is traditional Moroccan. Lovely lounges with sofas and games. Did not use the spa services, sadly!

We stayed at this Riad for one week. Well located, walk to many attractions. Riad is excellent, well decorated, quiet. Staff is very professional and courteous. They will go out of their way to help you. Breakfast is wonderful. Younis, Abdullah and all other staff are wonderful. Treat you like as a family. Suite is beautifully decorated, bathroom is meticulous. Thanks for our wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this Riad.
