Very disappointed! Terrible!!!!
The stay was really terrible. We got a room with no working air conditioner, not working toilet, no shampoo, no gel. We waited 3 hours for somebody to check air conditioner and toilet, but nobody appeared. We changed the room. Another room was much better. But the day we were leaving, had we problems with our luggage. We left it in reception and when we came back and asked for it because our taxi had to come soon, so we couldn't get it back. The slow personal couldn't find them, after 20 min we just said to bring them right now and then they opened at once a room with our luggage. I do not recommend this hotel! And will never book it again!!! Never had so bad stay, this hotel is not worth money.

Flott opphold
FLott hotel, men veldig kaldt på kvelden. Hotellet hadde lite ekstra dyne/pledd. Men alt i alt god service og fin belligenhet.

Stay away
There was bugs in my room so i have to wait for over one hour to get a new room. The standard was not good. I thougt this was near AirPort but the airport is not so far away for a taxi ride.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! The most horrible hotel ever didnt sleep the whole night i was there. Toilet seat and flush was broken. Ac didnt work at all put the heating on cold air was coming out was freezing all night. The fridge was making weird noises the hotel room is absolutely disgusting not family friendly at all. I would never go back there im so disgusted. Tried to get a refund back but the hotel wasnt answering calls from expedia team therefore didnt recieve anything. Customer service was bad from both expedia and the hotel. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I hope it closes down very soon as its a very unsafe environment

I know you get what you paid for, but also the conditions were a little bit rough. Not enough plugs on the property, remote controllers without batteries, but the biggest issue was the cold, if you going there during winter it's gonna sucks, people who works their are courteous and helpfull nothing to say about that.

C’est dommage. Il y a un bon personnel mais l’hôtel est très vieux, pas propre et rien ne fonctionne ni le chauffage ni le chauffe-eau. En plus qu’il y avait beaucoup de bruit à cause du climatiseur qui ne fonctionnait même pas mais faisait beaucoup de bruit.

To put it plainly, our stay was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of our room was subpar, with noticeable issues like doors falling apart and wire exposure in the kitchen. The condition of the boiler was also concerning, as it seemed to be at risk of collapsing. Given these circumstances, we made the difficult decision to check out early and did not stay for the entire duration of our reservation. I regret to inform you that this experience has left a lasting negative impression on us. As frequent travelers, we value the importance of a comfortable and safe accommodation, which unfortunately was not met during our stay at your hotel.

My wife and I came in late from the airport with a pounding headache but they would not even offer a bottle of water. They suggested we walk a few blocks to a store to buy one. After some pleading they took 20 durams and said they would buy one for us. But they forgot and never came. A few hours later i had to go get the water myself.

We booked Mogador Menzah based on the pictures on the booking site and we had also stayed at Mogador Opera where we had a fantastic time but sadly learnt Opera had closed down. Menzah is in urgent need of refurbishment, when we checked into our room we noted the walls were freshly painted however there were serious safety issues such as 2 wall sockets were broken and were hanging off. Children could have easily touched the live wires, the shower cubicle had broken glass doors and all water would spill into the bathroom when having a shower, the fridge was burnt out on top, the handle to bathroom was broken so you could not open the door from inside. The worst was the room was crawling with ants near the front door and back door to the balcony. The location is not suitable for families with young children. It is 2-3 mins walk from the main road and there are no street lighting and pavement is made of sand/stones so can be dangerous and messy if walking in the rain to the hotel. The spa facilities were closed and only a continental paid breakfast on offer. I do hope the management of the hotel read my review and take urgent action to fix this hotel as Menzah does let the rest of the Mogador chain down. On a positive note we found all of the staff at the Menzah to be very helpful and friendly.

Les appartements sont vieux et en mauvais état. Pas d’eau chaude. Climatisation très bruyante. Ascenseur ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. Piscine dangereuse pour les enfants. Heureusement, nous ne restions qu’une seule nuit. La réception n’a pas été à notre écoute : incapable de nous commander un taxi.

Déçu de l'état des appartements. Les murs sont sales, les portes des placards à moitié cassées, pas de vaisselle dans les placards du coin cuisine, le snack très décevant, ils vous servent des minis pizzas surgelé et des minis tacos... La Piscine reste agréable et le personnel à l'écoute.

The property needs an upgrade. fair enough reception was quick to get us in but the room was not up to standards you are looking at 69 Dh for a basic breakfast.

La qualité dégradée, ils font des économies en tout alors qu'ils gagnent énormément vu les prix des chambres. Clim non fonctionnel, rare d'avoir l'eau chaude, cuisine avec le minimum possible, les serviettes laissent à désirer.... dommage pour un hotel qui pourrait étre meilleur

Old and dated electrical sockets loose and dangerous. Elevators got stuck with a man there for 15 min in 40 dig heat then had to be manually opened. There was cleaner's every day which was a plus

Very poor standard and hotel needs updating. Rooms very basic, doors falling off in kitchen area, toilet seat falling off and tiles falling off in bathroom. Pool area dirty and pool has no filter so dirty water and way too much chlorine!! Not enough sun loungers for all the guests which caused lots of problems for us as group of 11. Pool bar has reasonable priced snacks such as pizza, burgers and wraps but definitely better standard outside hotel. 2 malls within 5 minutes walk which have good amenities and restaurants! This definitely helped improve our stay having these so close! Just little things like hotel not being able to call taxis, having to ask for rooms to be cleaned and dirty pool area really let hotel down further. Would not come back to this hotel.
