Greit og fint
Veldig fint og prismessig moderat alternativ med basseng, spa, restauranter, bar og greie rom. Nært nok for å oppleve Marrakech til fots . Hotellet ligger i et stille område med hager og boliger.

Jardin magnifique.Hotel au mobilier vieillot. La qualité du petit déjeuner est bonne, mais le service ne suit pas pour approvisionner le buffet. Les tasses à café sont amenés au compte goutte. Et il faut toujours attendre le pichet de jus d'orange ( mais jus frais excellent ) Bonne situation a mi-chemin de la gare et de la place jemaa el fna.

The pool area and exterior are great, but the building is old and in need of updating, the room was small and overlooked a roof covered in cigarette butts, finally the cost of the 1km taxi to the airport was excessive 200 MAD. I would not stay here again.

Run away from this resort. Worst experience in Marrakech. Not even a 2 star. Only good thing was the pool and garden area.

Stayed 8 nights, reception staff very welcoming & efficient, lovely gardens around pool, sun beds always available, (the covers needed a wash, we took them off) food & service lunchtime was great but breakfast service was awful, always running out of something on buffet, took 10 minutes one morning to fill the 1 milk jug up, a cereal spoon was hard to come by, often another 5-10 mins wait, butter/croissants would also run out, it was not busy & plenty of staff working but most stood around talking doing nothing. Plenty of taxis available opposite hotel, walking to square is around 25 mins walk.

Chambres et p'tit déjeuner à améliorer
Hôtel convenable et propre. Plusieurs salons sont à disposition au rez-de-chaussée,les extérieurs sont agréables et bien entretenus .Des serviettes de piscine sont mis à disposition sur les transats.Plusieurs petits salons de jardin vous offrent le choix de profiter des rayons du soleil ou de vous en protéger.Mais quelques améliorations pourraient être amenées notamment au niveau des chambres : coffre fort inutilisable,pas de produits de toilette ( gel douche,savon..),pas de poubelle de salle de bain ni de porte manteaux. 2 prises électriques sur 3 ne fonctionnent pas. 1 seule chaîne française sur la TV. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n' est pas très varié : que du jus d'orange ( jus de citron, carottes ou betteraves seraient les bienvenus !)aucune variété de pains si ce n'est des baguettes ( du pain de mie complet ou nature donneraient un peu plus de choix !), viennoiseries pas toujours très fraîches... Ces petits réajustements rendraient le séjour beaucoup plus agréable car le personnel est très souriant, accueillant et professionnel.

Positives: Good location near shopping mall restaurants and within walking distance of downtown Marrakech and sights. Staff are friendly and are willing to help. Negatives: We stayed 4 nights and booked a room for four. Two adults and two children. There was one large bed and two small couches for the children to sleep on. There was no sofa bed. Inevitability the adults ended up sleeping on the couches which are too short for an adult. Smal could fall off the couch during the night. By check in we were charged €24 tourism tax. We were told by Hotels.com that we would only need to pay €16. Children under 12 are exempt. There is no internet in the rooms and only in the public areas. Breakfast was limited also.

Avons été relogé d'urgence dans cet hôtel car avions à la base réservé un riad en plein coeur de la médina.A notre arrivée au riad pas de réservation à notre nom...globalement hôtel correct dans le quartier hivernage,petit-déjeuner désastreux par contre!Séjour contrarié du fait du changement de logement.

Het meubilair was aan vervanging toe, badkamer : alles was half kapot, het ontbijt trok op niks heeft niks te maken met wat op de foto’s staat en als je een lepeltje, glazen…. Nodig had moest je het elke keer vragen en heel lang wachten voor je iets kreeg.

J’allais régulièrement dans cet hôtel mais cette fois j’ai été déçue car le prix du buffet a été augmenté de 7€ soit 27€ sans être prévenu, sans amélioration des plats et sans que les sites proposant cet hôtel n’affichent le nouveau prix du repas. On est tout simplement pris au dépourvu ce qui n’est pas très agréable

Perfect for my needs
Amazing location, minutes from the liveliest of nightlife but quiet in itself. Wifi even worked in the grounds, by the pool etc. Excellent staff and brilliant value for Hivernage. I'll be back in the spring.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel au moment du séisme au Maroc le 08/09/2023. Très bonne reaction et gestion de tout le personnel pour nous sécuriser et nous assister pendant les évènements. Nous ne pensons pas que cet hôtel soit un 4 étoiles. Accueil du personnel et préparations culinaires de très bonne qualité. Petit bémol : manque d'informations, que ce soit au niveau des activités extérieures ou affichages dans l'hôtel. Nous recommandons tout de même cet établissement à taille humaine.
