One of the greatest stays ever
It was a dream from start to finish. Clean, comfortable, luxurious, great food and dinks, maybe the best beer I’ve ever tasted, the staff was super friendly and helpful, great activities. We felt like home and had such a wonderful and great vacation! Will definitely come back!

Quiet hotel, friendly staff.
This hotel looks better on the photos,but a good quiet hotel close enough to the city. The food in the main restaurant was ok, and the two restaurant you have too book a table at where also buffe-resturants witch was disappointing. The pool was awsome, and the staff good. The gym badly equipped but there was good possibility to do training outside. The rooms where big and clean. This is a hotel for the older crowd. The free shuttle bus we used down town, really good.

Great place to stay
This was a very relaxing place to stay. We stayed 3 days in the busy Medina first, so this was a very nice escape for us. Used our 4 days in this hotel to relax by the pool and play tennis/tabletennis/petanque. It's a lot of opportunities to stay active if sunbathing by the pool gets boring. The food was also good, but not amazing. The Moroccan restaurant was the best and we recommend to book it as soon as you arrive, as it gets fully booked pretty fast. The hotel has a free shuttle bus you can use if you want to see the Medina. Takes about 15 minutes to get there.

Fint hotell
Fint hotell som ligger ca 20minutter utenfor "sentrum" av marrakech. Utrolig bra service. Hotellet har imidlertid gratis buss til sentrum. Ellers er hotellet veldig fint.

Very welcoming resort, reception and bar areas beautifully laid out and very comfortable. Friendly staff who are eager to help. Food choices got boring a bit otherwise a superb resort!

Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour, l'hôtel a plus que besoin d'être rénové ! Dans notre chambre, il y avait des moisissures et du placo qui se décollait, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas... Le buffet proposait peu de choix, il n'y avait même pas de vinaigrette, mais les produits étaient frais. Au bout de quatre jours, la piscine était mal filtrée et les parasols et transats étaient en très mauvais état. L'accueil au spa n'était pas agréable, j'ai eu l'impression de déranger. La moitié du personnel n'était pas très agréable. Bref, nous sommes déçus et nous ne reviendrons pas. Nous avons pour habitude de séjourner au Riu Agadir et vraiment, c'est le jour et la nuit.

Transats dans un état pitoyable, ainsi que les parasols. Serviettes mises sur les transats très tôt et plus aucunes places. Si vous cherchez de la tranquillité à fuir. Chambres mal insonorisées, aucune Bouilloire dans les chambres sauf en payant.

I love there I have just one problem the wi-if not York in the room and I told few times but they told me was fixed but never fixed I have to come out of the room to get wi-fi. The rest was very good a big thanks to the super good lady who clean the my room!! I will come again!!

Just came back from lovely week stay at the resort. The staff are amazing. Everyone very helpful and extremely nice. Nothing was too much of the hussle. The grounds are beautiful and walking around is great especially if you trying to walk baby to sleep. The food is pretty much the same in all restaurants. And almost every day it’s the same food served in the main restaurant with few small changes. We had some issues in our room but that got resolved the next day where we were offered an upgraded different room. One negative thing I must say is on one morning I woke up with approximately 5cm cockroach crawling on me and the next night I could not sleep as I constantly imagined more cockroaches in the bed but fortunately there were none.

L'hotel est splendide, vous avez droit a un cadre idyllique, le personnel est irreprochable, toujours souriants et au petit soin. Seul bemol pour nous : *La qualité des transats et parasols ( ils sont tres souvent cassés ou tombent en ruines ) *Les cafard, nous en avons apercu a plusieurs reprise dans le hall l'hôtel ( dans les toilettes qui sont en face du restaurant principal ) .. ce qui laisse un peu a désirer. *La nourriture : Tres souvent la meme chose et de plus vous avez droit lors de votre sejour a un restaurant un peu plus spécifique dans l'hotel ( italien et marocain ) mais une seule fois sur le sejour, ce qui n'étais pas indiqué. Sinon si vous chercher flâner et profitez c'est le top.

The hotel is fine with nice services, but there was issues such as not offering electric kettle, repeatedly broken room keys, very old towels, and poor lost and found service. But the restaurants and the shuttle and overall attitude of the staff were nice

Hallo zusammen, die Anlage und die Zimmer werden definitiv anders im Internet präsentiert wie sie in der Realität sind. Verkalkte Armaturen, abgeplatze fließen, scharfe Kanten alles unsauber gearbeitet. Abgenutzte Handtücher die nicht wirklich abtrocknen. SCHIMMELIGE Stellen im Bad. Unhygienische Getränke die schlecht schmecken an der Poolbar. Leider kein Einzelfall. Leider auch nicht erst seit gestern. Also 4 Sterne am Hotel für was ?! :D Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Während des Abendessens haben wir auch einen Fragebogen erhalten...wenn man sich diesen mit Verstand durch ließt dann merkt man schnell , dass dieser Fragebogen letztendlich nur dafür dient die Leistungen der Mitarbeiter zu bewerten. Nicht den Rest. Absolut nicht zielführend. Daran Sieht man das dass Management an Instandhaltung oder generell der Zufriedenheit der Gäste nicht interessiert ist. ( sonst wäre die Anlage nicht in dem Zustand). Wir haben auch den Shuttlebus Service des Hotels genutzt bzw. wir wollten es. In der Hotelapp sollte man sich dafür anmelden, das taten wir. In der App wird der Abholort angezeigt...wir haben dort 15 Minuten gewartet und keiner kam. Im Hotel angekommen sagte man uns das die App samt Abholort fehlerhaft sei. Das Taxi durften wir selber bezahlen. Eine Rückerstattung gab es keine da laut Hotel es nur ein Service sei.(Laut Manager Mr. Adnan) Paradox und unfair. Mr. Adnan gab mir eine Mail Adresse von der Verwaltung mit bitte um Kontaktaufnahme..weil der MANAGER?

I liked the resort had security and my private guides and taxis had to go through security. My hotel room was fine. I had a clogged up bathroom sink. I had to go to the desk to get it resolved because my calls weren’t answered. The food wasn’t that great and I ended up not feeling good. The hot foods weren’t that hot and the seasoning was off. I couldn’t even get a pot of good coffee. It was a Nescafé dehydrated coffee. I realized on my last day at the resort, there was an espresso machine at the bar. However, the food and drinks outside the resort was great. I was not impressed with the lack of details the front desk had regarding taxis and resorts. There was no consistency with taxi and booking details such as pricing. Prior to leaving the last day, I informed the front desk that I would need a taxi at 4:00 AM. When I reconfirmed this taxi on Saturday evening, I was told don’t worry and I confirmed that price is usually $200 to $250 Moroccan dirham. If the hotel has taxis on standby for destination, should the fare be determined before hand. I was should that my fare when I arrived to the airport to the resort was $130 Moroccan dirham and leaning the resort at 4:30 AM was $250 Moroccan dirham. But what upset me was the fact, the taxi driver then said $300 Moroccan dirham at the airport. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth leaving the resort. But I did enjoy relaxing at the pool and spa. I just wished our rooms had better tv channels and toiletries.

Das Hotel liegt abseits der Stadt und dem Trubel. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Bus in die Altstadt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet und das Essen war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Ein Hotel zum weiterempfehlen

L’hôtel est très agréable dans un cadre magnifique et reposant. Il reste loin du centre de Marrakech même si la navette gratuite mise à disposition par l’Hotel permet de s’y rendre très facilement. Les équipements sont soignés et les personnels sont attentifs à la qualité du séjour. La qualité des espaces de restaurations en terme de nourriture mériterait d’être améliorés, notamment le petit déjeuner (attendu dans un complexe à étoiles équivalentes)
