«Such a unique hotel and the people are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. My wife and I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Truly unique»

«The hotel is ok with a central location in Gmunden. We had a very nice view over the lake, and the staff was very helpful and kind. We felt very welcome when we arrived. The breakfast was also very nice. The ventilation in the room was however not very good, so it got very hot (with bad air) during the night. The hotel charged us for the baby bed 45 euros per night, although it was confirmed by Expedia that the baby bed is free of charge, there was missunderstanding as they mixed between two reservations and we didn't get the right room for us, the Hotel rated 4 stars but there was no elevator and i have to carry or luggage to the first floor and go on stairs, there was no tooth brush, Sanitary kit, ...
