«The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. "The most beautiful place I have been in a loong time. We woke up to the sound of waves, perfect rooms, beds and comfort everywhere. Delicious breakfast and nice food in the restaurants. We tried the buffee for lunch and it was luxurious and delicious. All the staff working in all the different services were so kind and helpful. We left for another hotel we had planned but miss this hotel already.... "
