Marco Island Stay

We spent 4 nights right on the beach - amazing sunsets, bike riding and great meals. The condo is in a perfect location and communication with the owners was quirk, friendly and efficient. We would stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

I’m 5 months pregnant and we also brought our toddler, so a very high maintenance group and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, and we loved the restaurant in the building and being directly on the beach. The condo came with everything we could need and more, and we especially appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach balls. We had some scheduling changes with check in and check out and the host was able to accommodate us. Check in and check out were a breeze. Everyone in the building was lovely. We would absolutely rent this place again!

Can I live here?

Check-in was a breeze. Very friendly staff and a very well-kept property. Now to the condo. The condo was clean and well- maintained. Comfy bed and furniture. Great water pressure in the shower and the condo had working ceiling fans and the AC was nice and cool. We were very comfortable and relaxed the entire stay. The view is absolutely to die for. We saw the most beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Love the beach!! We found such beautiful shells, no need for an overpriced shell tour! Flats, Alphabet cones, Nutmegs, conchs, you name it! We didn’t need to contact the owner because everything was as stated, working, and accessible. This made the trip even better! The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the beach was so close and easy to access making this perfect for my husband who has mobility issues. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo! It was a trip with many wonderful memories and relaxation!! The only suggestion I have is to have a guestbook for your guests to write their experiences to share (if they want) and Leave it on the coffee table for others to read and share, so you can have to enjoy also. I have seen this in other condos and thought it was a fun idea. Also, maybe have a couple of cleaning products (Windex and counter cleaner) for guests to use. This isn’t a complaint, I just like to leave it as good as I left it.

Beautiful Marco Island

It was very nice. The kitchen and bathroom were very old, but clean. They were doing construction all week and the noise level was unbearable. You could hear it even on the beach and forget the pool. However, I do love Marco Island

Beautiful Marco Island Stay

I booked this for my mother and I. I slept on the pull out couch and my mom stayed in the bedroom. The view was amazing. Saw dolphins every morning. We were able to cook breakfast every morning too, and we ate lunch at the Sunset Grill that was attached to the complex on the bottom floor. The space was big enough for us and perfect, as we spent a lot of time outdoors on the white sand beach. We also came when shells were abundant and intact! It also came with great outdoor equipment: umbrella, two beach chairs, pool noodles, two boogie boards, and two coolers. My only recommendations are for better bedding supplies for the pull-out couch. I used pillows from my mother’s bed because those in the closet didn’t have a pillow case. The blanket also had several stains, but I didn’t really mind. Additionally, the beach chairs were a bit rusty and the rest got onto the beach towels I brought from home, which tinted them. Other than that, I fully recommend visiting and staying here!

Initial 2023 Beach Vacay

Condo will probably not be booked again. The shower curtain liner was brown at the bottom, the slider to balcony would not lock or seal properly, the bead frame squeaked with EVERY movement. We shoved pillows between mattress and bedframe in order to sleep. Closet doors did not work. Overall, the unit was in need of TLC. We love the Apollo, just not this unit.

Marco review

I found this property to be sub par and badly needs updating. The place was not very clean. Chairs on patio were broken. Slat missing from patio drapes. Mr. Coffee did not have automatic shut off which could have been a fire hazard. In adequate lighting over table workspace. Lack of liquid detergent to do interim dishes. bathroom faucets need to be replaced. I would not recommend this particular condo.

Amazing gulf views!

If you don't need to pamper yourself with the newest and trendiest, you'll love this condo. It's clean and well supplied, everything works and it's sized right for a couple. You can't beat the view, the location or the convenience!

Property is in need of updates as the dishwasher does not work and the sofa bed is not usable. Cleaning service was subpar at best! Property management is top rate and location made the trip worth it all.

MARCOS ISLAND VRBO

The unit hasn't been updated in years. There was VERY little supplies. No dishwasher soap. No vacuum. No clothes detergent even though we were required to do wash before we left. Very little dishes or glasses. Pillows were hard as a rock. The bed was very small and squeaked every time you moved. The place was badly in need of paint. The check-in and check-out process was terrible as you had to pick up and drop off the keys at a different location. We will never rent from a VRBO that is managed by a Re-Max again!

Renter Beware

The location and complex are great! But there was no blow dryer, only 7 hangers, one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper, two broken coolers, and 5 broken chairs. The unit is very outdated. We have stayed in another unit at the same complex and loved it. Just disappointed in this unit.
