IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Sea Winds Condominium Association will begin renovations to the lobby, pool bathrooms, and tile in the common hallways on June 17, 2026. This project is scheduled to be completed by November 26, 2026. The Association will also begin balcony repairs in the 01 and 02 stacks on August 3, 2026. This project is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise in the affected areas, and noise from the balcony repair project may be heard throughout the building, depending on the location of the work relative to individual units. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub will be closed during this project to ensure everyone’s safety. Due to these ongoing Association projects, only one parking space will be permitted per unit.
